Initial contact was a text on a Saturday morning. The response was simply amazing - texting turned into "no pressure" call. The attitude throughout was "how can I help you". We received a purchase price that never changed - they told us what to bring and we drove home in our new car Saturday afternoon. The whole experience was actually fun. Our salesperson, Dave Paolino, was so easy to work with and only interested in our satisfaction - really! Completely reviewed the new car with us in simple terms, and then provided every way imaginable to contact him for "anything". Sullivan gave us a very fair trade-in value for our truck, and took care of paying off our loan, registration, and even called our insurance agent. Tim in finance was very thorough.
