I was there for the experience and after having absolutely terrible experiences from rude dealerships near me I decided to drive out of my way over an hour as well to bring my business to Sullivan Honda. Aaron was wonderful to work with and always very accommodating. He frequently went out of his way to stay after hours and work with us when he didn't have to be working. He was very up front and truthful and his humour really helped us through the whole process so it wasn't as stressful. Wes was great communicating back and forth with me to confirm the vehicle was available and a convenient date and time for me to evaluate it. Upon arrival and meeting Wes, I was introduced to Sales Consultant Joe Kenney to find out more about the Prius and test drive the vehicle. Joe is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. At no time did Joe did make me feel pressured and seemed genuine, and helpful to meet my needs. I also wanted to see another Prius at one of their other dealerships a few miles away and Joe went the extra mile driving me there and locating the other vehicle for me to check out. The Sales Manager was friendly, no pressure and quick to evaluate my trade, and finalize my sales agreement for the Prius.
