First time auto shopping at Sullivan Honda Found my auto on TrueCar.com. The dealership had a very high rating per yelp so I thought I would check them out. David Paolino gave me a tour of the car and then we went out for a test drive. Car was great, we went for a nice long ride. No sales pitch and there was a small issue with the drivers mirror and they compensated for that in a big way. I was working with three separate dealerships and Chris Beyus at Sullivan honda remained upfron I shopped around for a few months on the CRV touring. Exceptional experience My daughter and I just purchased a Honda Civic. We were extremely pleased with our positive experience dealing with the staff at Sullivan’s Honda of Torrington. They made our car buying stress-free and enjoyable. They were all extremely patient, accommodating and compassionate, especially Joseph Wilton with whom we worked with and Tim Kulla in the finance dept. On the very next day of delivery, we ended up doubting our purchase even though the car was detailed and the paperwork ready to go. Joe showed us a few other cars, one of which we ended falling in love with and purchasing. Joe had come in on his day off to deliver the car to us and ended up spending the whole day just to make sure we loved what we bought. I can’t say enough about his patience and kindness. In fact, they all sincerely wanted us to be totally satisfied and did not hesitate to make the changes. While waiting for this one to be detailed and also while completing all the necessary paperwork, they were reassuring and genuinely concerned . Tim explained all options and details of the purchase and could not have been more hospitable and caring in both a personal and professional manner. Dave is your guy!!! I was looking for a Honda pilot and I went to a couple of dealerships. I didn't have a good experience with them, they were pushy and wanted me to sig I was looking for a Honda pilot and I went to a couple of dealerships.
