Service of our Honda was performed by the service department and was entirely satisfactory. Although there were many more miles left on our 2010 CR-V, we decided that it was time to get a new one. Our only chouce was to go to Sullivan HondA. We were not disappointed. Joseph Wilton was an excellent guide to our new car. He helped us choose the perfect model and carefully outlined available accessories. When we came in today to pick up our new car, he patiently and comprehensively went over all the technological features of the car. His knowledge was formidable. If ever again we huy a new car, we would choose Joseph as our guide. I have purposely not used the term “salesman” because Joseph didn’t “sell”. He described the alternatives and let us choose. Joe made my first new car buying experience a stress free pleasure. My interactions with Joe didn't stop here. Two weeks after picking up my car I had a minor issue with the audio system. I sent Joe a text and received a reply within minutes...And it was his day off. The problem was promptly addressed the next day. I will recommend Joe to all my family and friends. The only negative part of this whole experience was the detailing of the care. although the exterior and interior of the care were impeccable the windows were left dirty. And Joe was willing to clean them too! More
