I am doing it now because I had the best car buying experience of my life. I live in St. Louis, MO and I was visiting my 22-year old son in Patterson, NY. I asked him to start shopping for a car locally so we could trade in his current car. I still don't know how he ended up an hour & a half away at Sullivan Honda, but I'm glad he did! The other 4 dealers he visited did not treat him respectfully, especially when he revealed that his Dad had to co-sign...about a month later when I visited. Joe stuck with the deal from the start & offered a great price & trade value. Chris jumped in to help on another occasion. Wes introduced himself to me & chatted for quite a while when I was waiting in the showroom. Tim finished off my great experience with quick professionalism on the paperwork and friendly conversation. This dealership & sales staff are worth any extra travel. I'm very happy with the entire experience! More

Service of our Honda was performed by the service department and was entirely satisfactory. Although there were many more miles left on our 2010 CR-V, we decided that it was time to get a new one. Our only chouce was to go to Sullivan HondA. We were not disappointed. Joseph Wilton was an excellent guide to our new car. He helped us choose the perfect model and carefully outlined available accessories. When we came in today to pick up our new car, he patiently and comprehensively went over all the technological features of the car. His knowledge was formidable. If ever again we huy a new car, we would choose Joseph as our guide. I have purposely not used the term “salesman” because Joseph didn’t “sell”. He described the alternatives and let us choose. He was terrific. More

He took his time explaining the differences between the models and gave honest answers to any questions I had. He told me if I had any other questions to not hesitate to call him. Joe made my first new car buying experience a stress free pleasure. My interactions with Joe didn't stop here. Two weeks after picking up my car I had a minor issue with the audio system. I sent Joe a text and received a reply within minutes...And it was his day off. The problem was promptly addressed the next day. I will recommend Joe to all my family and friends. The only negative part of this whole experience was the detailing of the care. although the exterior and interior of the care were impeccable the windows were left dirty. And Joe was willing to clean them too! More
