During delivery day he was off, but came to office and took care of the delivery. Not many ppl will do. He spent enough time to explain all the options in the dash board and other functions of the car. He is friendly and helpful. He asked me to contact if I have any issues or questions on the vehicle. Worked with Tim on financing and he is super fast and finished quickly the paper work. Sullivan Honda is the best place to buy since they gave THE BEST deal.
