While visiting the dealership, I felt very pleased with the service they provided to my daughter, later returning that evening and test driving 5 Honda Vehicles with my Fiancé before selecting a 2019 CRV. They listened to her needs and found what we were looking for without high pressure sales tactics or hidden fees. When a family purchased two cars in one day for different households says a lot. Without having to haggle or negotiate, they offered a truly discounted price that not even a local competitor could offer. We were sale # 100 and 101 for April 2019. Funny, respectful, patient, informative, and not at all pushy (other than encouraging me to get all the information I needed before making a decision) -- Dave was the opposite of your stereotypical car salesman. I walked away with a good deal on a great car, some bonus incentives thrown in, and the promise to follow up with any needs that should arise. Tim in the finance department was also fantastic. He respected that I understood the numbers and knew what I was talking about, and also was willing to slow down and go over details as needed. We caught a discrepancy between two different sets of paperwork and he made sure that everything was rectified in my favor. I will be coming back the next time we need a car (though hopefully not for a long time -- this one is in great shape!) More
