I came back to Sulliva I left Torrington Honda for one year in 2013 and leased another make of car and will never do that again, it was a nightmare. I came back to Sullivan Honda in Torrington in 2016 because I was so happy with my past experiences since 2003. I also sent my daughter to Sullivan Honda to lease her 1st car. Both my daughter and I have had a wonderful experience here at Sullivan's. We will continue to do business and we both find it like family when we come in. Dave Paolino is the best! While visiting the dealership, I felt very pleased with the service they provided to my daughter, later returning that evening and test driving 5 Honda Vehicles with my Fiancé before selecting a 2019 CRV. They listened to her needs and found what we were looking for without high pressure sales tactics or hidden fees. When a family purchased two cars in one day for different households says a lot.
