Fantastic experience with Dave buying a Honda Odyssey. I knew exactly what I wanted and saw they had one coming in. Dave could have done the bare minimum (and many car salesman would have!), but instead he knew exactly what I wanted and saw they had one coming in. Dave could have done the bare minimum (and many car salesman would have!), but instead he was checking in with me as we waited for the car to come in, scheduled time for me to come get the car and was careful to make sure we wouldn’t be rushed, then, after all the paperwork was signed he spent more than 45 minutes walking me through the details of the car and helping me set it up. On top of that, he checked in with me the next morning to see how everything was going and offered to help if I had any questions about any of the features - then helped me the next day (I believe on his afternoon off!). I have spoken to four other dealers during this car search process and this was by far and away my best experience, in terms of responsiveness, knowledge of the vehicles and overall customer service. I will definitely be back, even though this dealer is located the furthest away! More
