Maybe the best dealer experience my wife and I have had to date. My wife called about a new 2022 Honda Pilot Touring, and unlike the handful of Honda dealers we had communicated with before, Sullivan Honda to date. My wife called about a new 2022 Honda Pilot Touring, and unlike the handful of Honda dealers we had communicated with before, Sullivan Honda not only seemed to genuinely want to put us in the car we were looking for, but also at a price that did not include the ever so prevalent dealer markup. We dealt with Howard exclusively, and he was fantastic to work with. He responded in a very timely manner to any text message or call that my wife or myself sent him and we would recommend him to anyone we know looking for a stress free car buying experience. The day we bought the car was his scheduled day off and Howard still went out of his way to not only be there at a time that was convenient to us, but he took the time to go over the important features of the car and answer any question my wife or I had. If you want a fair, honest, and enjoyable car buying experience, Sullivan Honda should be at the top of your list! More

I them. The car actually was heavily damaged come to find out post sale and I was charged for repairs that were certified as not being there. I was quoted $2,300 for a repair that I thought was overpriced and two years later went back and had it done for $400. In March I got an estimate from the body shop manager for $6,000 and was told I would see Santa before before I would see him. Another dealer did the repair for $2,100 the next month. The straw was a $40 charge for a signal light bulb. Don’t bother complaining to Melissa, a device advisor, nothing stands between her and her commission on service revenue, Nelson, the service manager will throw you a bone and credit you a couple bucks for the cost of the bulb while totally missing the point about how they conduct business and how ludicrous it is to charge $40 for a bulb not needing replacement or you can attempt to talk with Rob, the GM, but the only time he isn’t tied up is when he is on the toilet but you better bring a good book to stake out the men’s room!
