I have to say we all know it's hard to shop for used cars these days. We went in on 6/3 with the intentions of looking for a used "safe" car for my daughter to take back to college in the fall. Jessie gree these days. We went in on 6/3 with the intentions of looking for a used "safe" car for my daughter to take back to college in the fall. Jessie greeted us with a big hello and listened that we in for a used car and never pushed anything other than that on us. We did test drive the car and felt it was good to move forward. Jessie was wonderful explaining everything they did to car to be sure it was safe. The car was ready within 3 days and while signing my husband noticed the emissions were not done. They came to my work and brought the car to get done. We have had the car for just over a month and heard the noise, notified Sullivan right away and said to bring it up. I was greeted by Jessie as I pulled in asking if everything was ok and apologetic but said he knew Sullivan would come through to get it right. This has been the 2nd car we got from Sullivan and with Jessie there I believe I will be back a third time. More
