Brought my Honda cry exl for warranty work and problem with persistent TPMS sign on Monday the 26th June. Marissa was as always pleasant and helpful. It took some time to fix TPMS issue. However was bac with persistent TPMS sign on Monday the 26th June. Marissa was as always pleasant and helpful. It took some time to fix TPMS issue. However was back on in a day or two. It is getting to be annoying that this problem can’t be resolved. I realized my A/C on my Honda Passport wasn't working as it should. I set up an appt and Marisa (service consultant) explained to me the issue that my car (2019) is experiencing due to a small leak. She was very cordial and professional and I appreciate that. The only issue is that the compressor in in back order and they don't know when it will be available. The SUV even thought is 4 years old (2019) only has just over 23,000 miles and the air conditioner compressor hast to be replaced. Is a very expensive replacement, over $2,000. Happy with the service I received at the dealer but after all is a HONDA. I had Hondas all my life and never had this particular issue. I had the A/C top off and since they don't have the part that's all I can do for now. More
