I brought my car in to have the tires changed. Apparently the last time they were changed the technician found a nail in the sidewall of one of the tires. Supposedly he marked the tire and told the service representative about the nail. According to the new service representative, she “forgot” to tell me about the nail. Suddenly I needed two new tires because of uneven wear. I question this whole story and will not go back for service. Prior to retirement, I have driven over 1,000,000 miles and owned a fleet of cars that were driven approximately 30,000 to 40,000 miles per year. Not once in my life have I had a nail in the sidewall. The prior service I was told there was a “bubble” on the sidewall and had to buy a new tire that time as well. Check your tires prior to service. More

I had a check list of items that I wanted service to look at/repair in addition to routine maintenance on my 2021 XT5.When my car was “Completed” and keys were returned I realized that I had not been given a at/repair in addition to routine maintenance on my 2021 XT5.When my car was “Completed” and keys were returned I realized that I had not been given a receipt or completed work order so I requested one. Upon receipt I realized that no routine maintenance had been done nor had all of my check list items been completed. The only thing that I had been made aware of was a $400+ sensor that needed to be replaced. When asked about my high beam lights I was told that I would need to bring the car in when it was dark so that they could take it on the road 🤦🏽♀️. Needless to say I was not pleased with the service that I received. I have been a customer since 2012 and have never had such poor service as I had on this visit. Based on this visit I would not recommend this service center although past experiences were much better. More
Serviced my car for an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment. Waited for it as service rep indicated it would only take an hour and a half.
