Only reason for the 4, is the quality of product offered for the ceramic coating is subpar at best but made out to seem like a great deal. Our salesman, Bob, was great. Another salesman, Mike, who didn’t even sell us the car went above and beyond for my kids. My youngest fell and scraped her knees while I was test driving the car I purchased. He gave her a pink toy car to help ease and distract from the pain. I had two other kids and when I returned the next day for my ceramic coating, he gave me two more toy cars for my other children since he didn’t have any more the day before and felt bad that they didn’t get one. The extra mile the staff took to make sure we felt appreciated for our business and not just another customer is why I would be a returning customer and recommend this dealership. More

Based on my experience as a GM service director in PA(32 years) and my previous experience at my former servicing dealer(Jim Hudson Cadillac, Augusta Georgia) I'll share some observations about my service v years) and my previous experience at my former servicing dealer(Jim Hudson Cadillac, Augusta Georgia) I'll share some observations about my service visit at Sullivan. Service advisor went right into up-sell mode at the point of write-up. I declined because I buy new Caddy every 3 years or so. Took 1 hour for a LOF and rotate which is OK. Car was washed but not dried. No multi-point inspection results verbal or otherwise ??? maybe not done because I declined additional "scheduled maintenance". No active delivery process, just handed me the keys and pointed to the car. This dealer needs some "polish" to its service process for advisors. This was not a top-shelf Cadillac experience and for the price of $140+ sorry I'm dissapointed. I guess post-covid has allowed a slip in the level of service for very accellerated pricing of same More
