We have been looking for a Cadillac XT6 Sport for a month. Finally found one at Sullivan. It had everything on it we wanted and the price was good. I messaged the dealership through their website. I talked with Reece in Sales and he responded immediately. We talked and came to an Excellent Deal for us. No xx no Junk fees just a straight up fair deal. When we got to Sullivan Cadillac the XT6 was sitting all pretty and clean up front. It was Exactly as described to us. We signed the papers and drove away very Happy. This was the shortest time we have ever spent in a dealership signing papers. To say the we Highly Recommend Sullivan Cadillac would be an understatement. Sullivan Cadillac and Reece our sales person are the most honest interaction we've Ever had at ANY dealership in the State Of Florida. Do yourself a favor and if you are in the market for a vehicle go see Reece at Sullivan Cadillac and you'll thank yourself on the way home with your New Car. More
My buying experience this time started at my local Buick dealership, test drove the 2025 Buick Enclave nice suv alot of cargo space. I have a 2019 Enclave thats the same size. after my test drive i was a little disappointed at the only engine choice is a 4 cylinder turbo. my old car had the V6. I didnt care for the 4 cylinder and decided to try the Sullivan Cadillac for a test drive. the 2025 XT6 offered the option of the v6 and it just drove the way i was hoping, anyway we bought a 2025 XT6 and the dealer had to go out of the area and bring one back with our options. the next day it was ready and Ronnie Rodriguez our sales consultant couldn't have been any more accommodating and efficient. everything went smoothly one of the best buying experiences i ever had. More

I guess Sullivan Cadillac's service people think their customers are stupid. After a near 2 hour wait I was informed my 2024 XT6 Cadillac's service to the a/c unit was NOT under warranty as the a/c co customers are stupid. After a near 2 hour wait I was informed my 2024 XT6 Cadillac's service to the a/c unit was NOT under warranty as the a/c component was damaged due to an accident. My repair would cost $1800! I asked "What accident?" The XT6 had less than 4900 miles on it after 13.5 months of ownership. I was escorted into the service area and was shown under the hood a dent on the a/c unit. The service rep explained I had a front end accident that forced an a/c hose into and damaging the a/c unit. It was customer neglect and not under warranty. I was upset. He said he had a "CarFax" to prove the accident. I read the CarFax. Nowhere was there any reference to specific area of an accident. I argued that we have never had an accident to the front that may have caused this. I guess my argument made since because he said he would try to get it serviced under warranty by presenting my case to his manager. After a few minutes he returned and said the service would be covered under warranty at no cost. I'm glad the service was under warranty but do believe there was an attempt of some shenanigans. Had it been my wife she may not of caught this. I cannot trust any dealer who tries to rip me off for $1800! Sullivan Cadillac cannot be trusted. My service needs will go elsewhere in the future. More
