I came to Sulllivan GMC Ocala to purchase a new GMC Sierra truck. I fully expected to experience wonderful service as a retired GMAC employee but that was not the case. After a test drive my wife and Sierra truck. I fully expected to experience wonderful service as a retired GMAC employee but that was not the case. After a test drive my wife and I went inside and what should have been a quick discussion turned in to a 45 minute experience whereby the sales associate walked back and forth from his card table in the middle of the showroom floor to the sales manager’s office. I finally became disgusted and we decided to leave. We did and on the way to our car we were chased down in the parking lot by the sales mgr and his salesman. We still left and shortly thereafter we had a new 1500 Chevrolet Silverado delivered to our house at thousands below the price of the Sierra. Several days ago I received a letter from Sullivan GMC at it said they could not approve my financing application for the purchase of the truck. Hilarious because in the same letter they stated that they had checked my credit score and I had an 845 rating out of a possible 900. This as we all know is an Exceptional Credit Score. Thank You Chevrolet for a wonderful truck buying experience. More

I am a teacher and I live paycheck to paycheck I gave them a call later and was completely gaslit, spoke to condescendingly, and told that there must have been a leak by Dylan, the assistant service manager (I believe that is his title), who had not seen or worked on my car because he said knew how ac systems worked. I offered to bring my car in so that he could see that there was not a leak and so that I could get a refund on my diagnostic, and he just said that Joe was an honest mechanic and would not lie and then told me to have a good day. This is not the way to do business. More

Then, the following week I schedule it for repairs. they did not even provide me with a loner car. My truck was seating in the lot to be checked out for 2 days. On the third day that the service advisor did not have the courtesy to call with an update then I had called him. He got mad and his words were " you can come and pick your truck up". He did not explain why they did not look at it for all the time they have in the lot. He just handles the keys to me not even telling me where my truck was in lot. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE, NOT EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. BAD...BAD COSTUMER SERVICES. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! More

We talked on the phone to Sean Gruber a couple of times before we drove to the dealership in January to look at a used car we were interested in purchasing. The car met our expectations so we began to neg before we drove to the dealership in January to look at a used car we were interested in purchasing. The car met our expectations so we began to negotiate on the price. We had a couple of iterations of the final price which was handle by the finance person, A. Singh. We eventully agreed on a price, signed a stack of papers, and happily drove the car home. However, we we got home and studied the paperwork, we realized they slipped in a Secure Etch Service Agreement we weren't aware of. I called the Warranty company immediately to cancel the agreement, and they told me I had to call Sullivan Cadillac to cancel and get my $350 refunded. I spoke with A. Singh, and he gave me the run around. Within the 30-day cancellation period, I sent 3 emails to Sullivan Cadillac asking them to cancel the Secure Etch Service. Unfortunately, I never received a response from Sullivan Cadillac. Buyer Beware! More
