There is no response that you can provide me. I was a loyal customer of Sullivan. I trusted your dealership to take care of my vehicle. I was lied to, plain and simple. A $50 part with labor, versus, "oh, we have to replace the whole seat, a $1400+ charge. How can you substantiate that? I specifically asked the service writer, "did you check the switch? All the other seat functions except forward and back work." Obviously, I was lied to because my new mechanic, that was the FIRST thing he checked. It WAS the switch. He bought it, replaced it and charged me $250. Hmmmm.....what would you have done? Last visit, I was going on a trip, wanted to have Sullivan make sure my vehicle was safe to travel 1800 miles, alone with my dogs. Oil change, tire rotation, check hoses, etc. The oil was changed, I checked the dipstick for clean oil and full status, but I'm not exactly positive, but my tire rotation???? The same peeling rim (only one) I have was in the same place as when I brought it in. I'm not exactly positive, so I'll accept that they were rotated, but was anything else checked? Then, the service writer told me that a tune up would be coming soon, to a ridiculous amount of money quoted, and that I would "probably need a timing chain" to the tune of over $2400. Seriously, I think Sulllivan needs a visit from Elon Musk. Especially when I have knowledge that your mechanics are lucky to make $40/hour on the amount Sullivan charges for labor. I'm so disappointed and feel so betrayed after 5 years of trust with Sullivan.
