Darren's customer service was unparalleled. He is for EVERYONE but ladies, listen up! After visiting a few dealerships, I was feeling very disheartened. It can be especially stressful for a woman to buy a car and unfortunately, more often than not, I felt pushed into things or that I was being talked to in a way I wouldn't have been if I were a man. I have recommended him to colleagues & girlfriends alike. Darren walked me through everything in such a patient, informed, and most importantly, RESPECTFUL way. His customer service was unmatched. Top to bottom he went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. He didn't make me feel rushed, answered every single one of my questions, and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. The car is beautiful but it was feeling like I was in the right hands that made me take the leap with my gorgeous RAV. However, the tow truck driver started the car and showed me how a weak battery shows little on the screen. I misunderstood what I was seeing and think your office could have advised me of that phenomenon. More

I would had given 5 stars -and I don't usually speak out -but i have to say -I did not like the way 2 different service people came out into the waiti I would had given 5 stars -and I don't usually speak out -but i have to say -I did not like the way 2 different service people came out into the waiting area, find their customer and say, for all to hear, all the things wrong with the vehicle and then announce how much it is all going to cost - I did not personally get this treatment - but 2 separate women did - and in both instances the total price tag was over $1000 - i felt bad for these women because they were clearly put on the spot to make a decision -I felt they were being pressured - and one had to actually say she could not afford all of this right now - and was clearly embarrassed -this information should have been conveyed in private - hopefully this is just a training issue - other than that, the service I received was very good. More
