Patty was the main issue again! She failed to send the shuttle service to pick me up at work as she promised. She then complained that she was stuck at her desk the entire day as if that was a good excus shuttle service to pick me up at work as she promised. Then she had to re do all of the paperwork because she did not use the coupon I gave to her when I dropped off the car even though she had it written down on the form. Then she would not take no for an answer when I told her I did not want to schedule my next service appt and would do so online as I usually do. She was adamant that I had to do it and she just chose a date for me and said I could change it. All of these issues caused me to be late picking up my grandchildren from school. Patty is a problem every time I have to deal with her! I have no idea why they have her dealing with customers. More

The Prius V book advised me to take the car to the dealership. I called Sullivan and was advised to get it there. However, the tow truck driver started the car and showed me how a weak battery shows little on the screen. I misunderstood what I was seeing and think your office could have advised me of that phenomenon. More
Sullivan Bro’s has been my go to dealer for the past several years. They are great whenever I call for appointment I get it exactly when requested. I do not feel pressured to get Maintenance done when it’s due but they make me aware of it ( which I always complete when recommended). More

I would had given 5 stars -and I don't usually speak out -but i have to say -I did not like the way 2 different service people came out into the waiti I would had given 5 stars -and I don't usually speak out -but i have to say -I did not like the way 2 different service people came out into the waiting area, find their customer and say, for all to hear, all the things wrong with the vehicle and then announce how much it is all going to cost - I did not personally get this treatment - but 2 separate women did - and in both instances the total price tag was over $1000 - i felt bad for these women because they were clearly put on the spot to make a decision -I felt they were being pressured - and one had to actually say she could not afford all of this right now - and was clearly embarrassed -this information should have been conveyed in private - hopefully this is just a training issue - other than that, the service I received was very good. More

Quick Service, Friendly Staff I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and 5,000 mile inspection on a Saturday. I thought being a Saturday, I was expecting a lengthy visit; I was I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and 5,000 mile inspection on a Saturday. I thought being a Saturday, I was expecting a lengthy visit; I was told they would get my vehicle in just as soon as they could, and I was looking at least an hour wait. Already, I was surprised by that time estimate. When they called my name; I think it was actually 45 minutes later; saying my vehicle was already. Sullivan Brothers does not mess around. They give an estimate time for when the vehicle will be ready; and they deliver. Thanks Sullivan Brothers Service Department; you guys are the BEST!!! More
