What a wonderful experience I had purchasing this car. I had accompanied a friend in his purchase of a new truck and my eye was caught by this Scion. Not wanting to impede my friend from the sale, I took J had accompanied a friend in his purchase of a new truck and my eye was caught by this Scion. Not wanting to impede my friend from the sale, I took John aside and told him that after this purchase was complete, I would like to talk to him about this car. As I observed John's patience in addressing all of my friend's concerns, I was sold on this dealership. I jokingly told him that once this sale was complete, mine would be quite easy .... John was great and took time with me several times in the week that followed ... answered my questions ... gave me opportunities to test (and retest) the vehicle and its features. There was never any pressure or 'hard sell' tactics which made it easy for me to feel comfortable with my purchase and to recommend this dealer (and this staff person) to my friends and family. He never gets impatient, remembers your name and greets you with a solid handshake with great eye contact. He has always taken my phone calls personally and helps even when its not his job responsibility. I've referred people to him. He has shown them the same attention and courteousness. It is roomy, comfortable and super fun to drive. John is the only salesperson i have dealt with who was attentive, trustworthy and honest throughout the entire car buying process. My daughter purchased three cars at Sullivan and I purchased one. Both the sales and service personnel are super and the entire staff at Sullivan makes one feel comfortable and at home. I purchased a car today from Mark. (If you read my previous post, I wish I knew earlier that Brian was still with Sullivan Brothers Auto Mall.) He seemed like a nice guy. He was friendly and tried to work with us to find a deal we would be comfortable with. He definitely "felt" like a car salesman, adding pressure at times, though. Perhaps the only thing that offput me was that Mark didn't "seal the deal." He brought Dennis over to see if we could find an arrangement that worked for all of us and left before we reached an agreement. He also didn't come back to thank us for the sale when we did. (Dennis was very nice.) Dennis called Matt over to finish paperwork prep. Matt was young and happy with a big personality. We enjoyed him. Scott recognized us from a sale 3 years ago, when he finalized the paperwork for us. (That was refreshing! I'm sure it's difficult to remember all of the people you deal with in the course of three years.) It's easy to see he's a no-nonsense sort of guy, but he puts you at ease when you're in with him. He's also very nice and personable. Overall, this experience was not as phenomenal as my last purchase here, but I think Brian was a tough sales rep to top. I'm certainly satisfied with the customer service. More

Most people don't bring there car to the shop unless there is something wrong with it. Service writer told me they could not waste 2-3 hours of there time looking at a car there is nothing wrong with. T there is something wrong with it. My car has a serious problem that they could not diagnose so they did not want to waste there time - Well its time for me after 5 Nissan's to move on to another manufacturer - good bye Nissan! I recommend you never go to this dealer unless you want a head ache. More
