I purchased a car today from Mark. (If you read my previous post, I wish I knew earlier that Brian was still with Sullivan Brothers Auto Mall.) He seemed like a nice guy. He was friendly and tried previous post, I wish I knew earlier that Brian was still with Sullivan Brothers Auto Mall.) He seemed like a nice guy. He was friendly and tried to work with us to find a deal we would be comfortable with. He definitely "felt" like a car salesman, adding pressure at times, though. Perhaps the only thing that offput me was that Mark didn't "seal the deal." He brought Dennis over to see if we could find an arrangement that worked for all of us and left before we reached an agreement. He also didn't come back to thank us for the sale when we did. (Dennis was very nice.) Dennis called Matt over to finish paperwork prep. Matt was young and happy with a big personality. We enjoyed him. Scott recognized us from a sale 3 years ago, when he finalized the paperwork for us. (That was refreshing! I'm sure it's difficult to remember all of the people you deal with in the course of three years.) It's easy to see he's a no-nonsense sort of guy, but he puts you at ease when you're in with him. He's also very nice and personable. Overall, this experience was not as phenomenal as my last purchase here, but I think Brian was a tough sales rep to top. I'm certainly satisfied with the customer service. More
Most people don't bring there car to the shop unless there is something wrong with it. Service writer told me they could not waste 2-3 hours of there time looking at a car there is nothing wrong with. T there is something wrong with it. Service writer told me they could not waste 2-3 hours of there time looking at a car there is nothing wrong with. That is real courteous customer service, I was appalled! My car has a serious problem that they could not diagnose so they did not want to waste there time - Well its time for me after 5 Nissan's to move on to another manufacturer - good bye Nissan! I recommend you never go to this dealer unless you want a head ache. More
I am not surprised that Sullivans is not a member of this service. They could not meet the criteria nor would they want to! They do not seem at all interested in keeping customers happy! Here's my story: My service. They could not meet the criteria nor would they want to! They do not seem at all interested in keeping customers happy! Here's my story: My check engine light went on and it required the Dealership Service Dept to diagnose the problem. I called Sullivan and explained that I am very busy and needed to be assured that the car was safe to drive. I wanted to bring it in for diagnoses but would not have time to leave it for repairs til the following week. I made an appointment and arrived 15 mins early. They had overbooked and were understaffed. The Service contact Bill wanted me to leave it for the day. When I attempted to explain that I couldn't do that, he began an argument. The wait was more than an hour and I was upset that they hadn't called to tell me that and give me the option to reschedule. They kept saying "if this was a Doctor's Office you'd have to wait no matter what time your appointment is"! Michelle Smith (who is the person I spoke with when I called originally) called me a liar!!! She said I did not say that I just wanted a diagnosis but I have a witness to back me up. They diagnosed the problem and did not fix it. They made it very difficult to go anywhere else to have it fixed. It is a warranty issue that needs to be fixed by the dealer but they made that impossible. The car is very close to not being on warranty anymore and they would be happy to fix the problem when they can charge me for the repairs! The Customer Service here is the worst I have ever encountered anywhere! Michelle Smith is the Customer Relations Manager and is the rudest person!! I don't know how they stay in business! When I called in a complaint, another manager "Kim" called me a yelled at me defending Michelle's actions! She called me a liar too! I got off the phone in tears!! I can't believe how poorly they treat customers! This is by far not the first problem I have had with their Service Dept. I went to Tufankjian Toyota in Braintree. Big Difference!! Night and Day!! 100% Better!! More
While working out a deal to buy my truck, the salesman freaked out, stood up and said he couldnt work with me anymore and that he was going to get someone else. I walked out but another salesman chased me freaked out, stood up and said he couldnt work with me anymore and that he was going to get someone else. I walked out but another salesman chased me down to finish the deal. I just didnt like the deals he was bringing back and I guess it was pissing him off. Later the original salesman gave me his cards to give out... YEAH RIGHT, what a psycho! I would never, ever go here again. NEVER. More
At the time I purchased a car at Sullivan Brothers Toyota in Kingston, MA, I did not notice that they had taken off the origanal Toyota hubcaps and put on sham (cheaper) hubcaps. They also stripped the car in Kingston, MA, I did not notice that they had taken off the origanal Toyota hubcaps and put on sham (cheaper) hubcaps. They also stripped the car of floor mats and informed me that they were "out of stock" and replaced them with a much smaller version floor mat (this was conveniently done by them after the purchase of the car). How low can a car dealership get?? When I complained about this they stated, "it is common practice by the dealership." I've never heard of a dealership that would stoop this low. When I requested the original hubcaps, the office manager insisted "No Adjustment." I'll never do business with Sullivan Brothers Toyota in Kingston, MA, again. I'm very suprised they are still in business treating customers like this. More
