What a wonderful experience I had purchasing this car. I had accompanied a friend in his purchase of a new truck and my eye was caught by this Scion. Not wanting to impede my friend from the sale, I took J had accompanied a friend in his purchase of a new truck and my eye was caught by this Scion. Not wanting to impede my friend from the sale, I took John aside and told him that after this purchase was complete, I would like to talk to him about this car. As I observed John's patience in addressing all of my friend's concerns, I was sold on this dealership. I jokingly told him that once this sale was complete, mine would be quite easy .... John was great and took time with me several times in the week that followed ... answered my questions ... gave me opportunities to test (and retest) the vehicle and its features. There was never any pressure or 'hard sell' tactics which made it easy for me to feel comfortable with my purchase and to recommend this dealer (and this staff person) to my friends and family. It is roomy, comfortable and super fun to drive. John is the only salesperson i have dealt with who was attentive, trustworthy and honest throughout the entire car buying process.
