I'm not sure how many people really enjoy going to a dealership to buy a car and having salesmen swarm about as soon as your car pulls into the lot. I have to say that dealing with Tom Joyce was a diff dealership to buy a car and having salesmen swarm about as soon as your car pulls into the lot. I have to say that dealing with Tom Joyce was a different, more pleasurable, experience than I anticipated. He was very attentive to my needs without being overbearing. He understood exactly what I was looking for in a used vehicle and at what price range and did not try to talk me into something more expensive or beyond my needs. For the first time in my life, I have to say car shopping was pleasurable and I have Tom to thank for that. I would definitely go back to Tom in the future and have already recommended him to some of my friends. More

What a wonderful experience I had purchasing this car. I had accompanied a friend in his purchase of a new truck and my eye was caught by this Scion. Not wanting to impede my friend from the sale, I took J had accompanied a friend in his purchase of a new truck and my eye was caught by this Scion. Not wanting to impede my friend from the sale, I took John aside and told him that after this purchase was complete, I would like to talk to him about this car. As I observed John's patience in addressing all of my friend's concerns, I was sold on this dealership. I jokingly told him that once this sale was complete, mine would be quite easy .... John was great and took time with me several times in the week that followed ... answered my questions ... gave me opportunities to test (and retest) the vehicle and its features. There was never any pressure or 'hard sell' tactics which made it easy for me to feel comfortable with my purchase and to recommend this dealer (and this staff person) to my friends and family.
