We were completely deceived by this dealership. Just a horrible car buying experience. Right from the start they wore us down by stalling such as "we can't find your credit report," or "the manager just s horrible car buying experience. Right from the start they wore us down by stalling such as "we can't find your credit report," or "the manager just stepped out," and the back and forth between manager and salesman. We sat there for 4 hours taking delivery. We should have walked out except for the hassle involved in retrieving a down payment. Later we realized they never gave us a copy of the lease. When we called they said they "lost it." They sent us a bogus one with our names whited out. We had to get Toyota Financial to FAX us a copy. To our horror, after analyzing the complicated lease, the selling price and trade in was not what was promised. They just bold faced lied to us when I asked if the amount on the lease was as agreed. They overcharged us for the car by $2000. and credited us for $2000. less for our trade-in. We tried for weeks then months to rectify the situation which landed on deaf ears and more stalling. Our advice: Don't be a fool, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

I came in looking for a used truck and all they wanted to do was lease a new truck to me. I had never considered leasing before and didn't want to make any decision regarding that, that day. They didn't even do was lease a new truck to me. I had never considered leasing before and didn't want to make any decision regarding that, that day. They didn't even put me in a used truck. We drove past one and the salesperson dismissed it. He spent all his time trying to sell us a truck we never wanted. When we were finally able to get away, he ran us down in the parking lot knocking on the window trying to make one last attempt at a sale. I felt so pressured and uncomfortable at this dealership, even if I wanted one of those trucks, I felt so pressured there was no way I would buy from them. They even had the gall to ask "Did I really want to buy a truck that day?" Seriously, do you think I would put myself through all that to not buy a truck. I would never recommend this location. I had been to two other dealers that day who were much nicer and did not put any pressure on me. Maybe this was a fluke experience but it was the worst experience out of the 7 dealerships I had visited within that week. I ended up buying somewhere else 4 days later. More
I was doing the legwork for my husband who recently changed jobs and needed a commuter vehicle. I should have know it was a mistake working with Sullivan Brothers from the second they started with &am changed jobs and needed a commuter vehicle. I should have know it was a mistake working with Sullivan Brothers from the second they started with "we are giving you a great price" blah, blah, blah BS. So I made a deal with Matt Orchard via email and telephone conversations. I sent my husband in to do the financing. This is a man with over 800 for a credit score who was told by Flavio Vidoto that he had to pay $500 to certify the used Toyota Corolla he was buying and to be eligble to get a 2.9% interest rate. I found deals for 1.9% interest on used vehicles but my husband was told he was getting such a "great price" that there was no deal unless he paid to certify the vehicle. My husband is a very nice person and agreed to this. Once he brought the car home he told me the dealer only gave him one key to the car. Really? Why not two? Is it because the keys cost $100 and the dealership can program them to any toyota? Within three days of having the car the maint req light was coming on indicating the car needed an oil change. This was it for me. I immediately called Matt and explained to him how upset I was. He said to have my husband bring the car in and they would do a free oil change and work on getting him a key. When my husband brought the car in Flavio told him they were going to order him a key. Well as of today it has been about three, maybe four weeks since I spoke with Matt. Just got the key today, and guess what? It's a freaking valet key! Not even the $100 key that Matt and I spoke about. Given their completely poor service I will no longer even bring my brand new Rav 4 that I bought elsewhere in for its free oil changes. I will never do business with Sullivan Brothers Toyota again and would advise anyone else to do the same and go elsewhere. More
I was in the market for a new Tacoma, and wound up stopping here first. John was very helpful and showed me all the new 7 used Tacomas on the lot, and wound up making me a deal that I couldn't refuse stopping here first. John was very helpful and showed me all the new 7 used Tacomas on the lot, and wound up making me a deal that I couldn't refuse on a double cab before I even had to go to another lot. This was by far the easiest, most pleasant experience I've had out of the four cars I've purchased in my lifetime. More
We asked for wheels & step bar be removed since the truck was totalled in an accident. They said they would have it done by the end of the day & we had to go back three times after insisting we had to truck was totalled in an accident. They said they would have it done by the end of the day & we had to go back three times after insisting we had to go back one more time & finally recieved them. He also told my husband the price would be about $40.00, when I spoke with him he said he told me it was a flat rate & the price was $80.00. I told him it was rediculous to take two hours to remove 4 wheels & the step bar, I felt we were being taken advantage because the truck was totalled & not being repaired. He kept asking what I wanted, Isaid I wanted $40.00 back, he though I was being unreasonable. I told him to keep the money & that Sullivan Brothers lost a customer who has bought five cars & also members of our family have bought cars as well, until this happened we were very pleased with your dealership, however, we will no longer be purchasing vehicles nor will our family buy any vehicles there again. Toyota changed the price on a car after I had a deposit on it. I ended up buying the same basic car elsewhere and drove about an hour and a half for it to reward them for this. I also got a newer year mo on it. I ended up buying the same basic car elsewhere and drove about an hour and a half for it to reward them for this. I also got a newer year model and the right color I wanted for the same price. To be fair they felt the price they had originally agreed on was too low and had sellers remorse for a hard to find camry hybrid. Oil prices did go up that day but I felt rooked. . Then I went next door and I dealt with JB on a Nissan after that and he was excellent to do business with and I would do business with him again. Good guy. But in the end, Paul Sullivan got pissed off and acted poorly towards me when I backed out of a deal on a Nissan. I had taken the car for an extended test drive on JB's suggestion. I never saw a P& S agreement but backed out because I was not comfortable with the price after finding out it was a former rental car with a sporadic service history. I just asked if he would lower the price another $500 to make me feel better about it. Paul was a bit heated up and implied I was not a stand up guy for not going through with the sale and he did this in front of my 8 year old son which was awkward. After I apologized he shook my hand and wished me luck. I understand he wanted the sale at that price but he really did not have to act like that. More
When I drove into the yard of the dealership, Mark greeted and helped me to see and drive a used car and a new one. Both Tim and Mark did everything they could so that I could buy a 2011 Toyota Corol greeted and helped me to see and drive a used car and a new one. Both Tim and Mark did everything they could so that I could buy a 2011 Toyota Corolla. I can't thank them enough as I am most happy with my new car. The man to whom I gave the check explained everything to me as well as the many options available. I am sorry I don't remember his name but he was excellent along with Mark and Tim. I had studied the different cars available both online and in the latest Consumer Reports and spoke to a friend who also has a Toyota Corolla so I was able to choose Toyota over Chevrolet (my turn in car). Thank you. More

Christo has been our "family" salesman for several years. We have purchased 4 cars from him over these years. He has always been professional yet friendly and has never made us feel like we were pushed into purchasing these vehicles. Recently, I traded in a 2009 Toyota Corolla for a 2010. Christo remembered what my specifics were and I drove off the lot with that car the same day. I have recommended family, friends in the past and will continue to. I also want to mention the service department. I cannot remember names but Sullivan Brothers as a whole has always been great to all of us. More
