Met w/ John Finlay Sales Advisor ,let him know what I was putting for a down payment and what monthly payment I wanted. He came back w/ exactly the terms I was looking for. It was fantastic not to have to sit their and haggle. Everything was done w/in an hours time. I would recommend John as a Sales Advisor for anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. The following day I met w/ John along w/ Matt Bossie from the business department to go over everything one more time before I drove off the lot. They both were excellent in explaining all the features and service plans along w/ reassuring me that if their was any question just call and would take care of them. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Over all experience was Excellent Dave More

They false advertise and take advantage of people. I have bought 4 cars in my life and have never been around sales employees & a manager more crooked than them. They lure you in with false cash mailers based on human error which they admitted to me was "just to get people in here" after I called them out on it. They should be ashamed of the way they do business. The irony is that they started our encounter off on saying how loyal their customers were and that they do most of their business through word of mouth advertising. Then they send out false advertisements to lure customers in and take advantage of them. I will never be loyal to a company that take advantage of their potential customers through false advertising and relies on human error to get people through the door. I will also NEVER recommend Sullivan Brothers Toyota in Kingston MA or ANY Toyota to any one of my family or friends. The way you do business just lost you business. You should be ashamed. More

Best experience by far! I have credit issues and have been turned down every where! They took some extra time, but got me the vehicle I wanted and got me approved! Like I said I have bad credit and they didn't have the color on the lot that I wanted. I didn't want to be picky cause it was just a prayer I would be approved! But they took a few extra days, worked with the banks and got me approved and a few days later got me the color I wanted. I'm so grateful.. They helped me so much! More
lease/ I have a 2014.5 camry sport. this car I have here is a 2 yr lease with now 10 mos to go on lease... on black Friday of this yr ,, ive been looking for I have a 2014.5 camry sport. this car I have here is a 2 yr lease with now 10 mos to go on lease... on black Friday of this yr ,, ive been looking for a Tacoma trd sport 2016 4 full doors v6 automatic 4x4... on line I was looking on line and there a internet web from Sullivan Toyota pop up and had asked about a lease I when down to Sullivan bros in Kingston mass ,, to fill out and talk about a 2 yr lease ... from there the sales person and internet person, and manger there said to me we cant do a 2 yr for the price I was looking for but we can do a 3 yr thinking I was I agreed the following day and had the back me a large sum of money maked out to Sullivan bros ,,, on the trd sport 2016 ,,,,, they said will call you when we fine one for you ,,,,, I said that's fine,,,,,,two and half to 3 wks I get call fron Sullivan bros Toyota saying we have located a truck and will have here in a few days wow I said that's great... a few days later, they call me and said the truck is here and if you come down today we can get paper work and reg, plates and you can drive it and or pick the truck on Monday ,, I drove down to sullivans Toyota ,, I tried the truck a lil very happy with it so far with the internet sales man,,,, your sales man will be with you in a min or so ... I said ok ty.. 45 mins later the manger comes over to me and said we need for you to come up with more money... I said what we have alreadty made a deal!!!!!!!!!! this would have been are 8th Toyota I ask for my large amount of money back... walked out and never found out why very poor never missed a payment ect ect you figure it out that's what happen to me there ps I drove down to Sullivan bros Toyota 3 or 4 times its about 45 min drive for me to get there and another 45 mins back home,,, I just and wish a knew about this web sci,,,, before I went to Sullivan bros Toyota of Kingston mass I would have not gone ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I have e mails abouts this matter ect,,,, More

Underhanded, Sleazy, Dishonest STAY FAR AWAY! This is the most sleazy, underhanded dealer I have ever encountered. I did an online price quote request on a new vehicle. The perso STAY FAR AWAY! This is the most sleazy, underhanded dealer I have ever encountered. I did an online price quote request on a new vehicle. The person responding, Justin, said he would meet the price quote I got from another dealer and even beat it. We made an appointment. He wasn't there for the appointment and nobody had any idea I was coming in. A sales person, George, helped me and I put a deposit on my credit card. He carefully worded the explanation of the deposit to make it sound like it was a good faith gesture for them having a vehicle brought in for me to see and that it would be refunded after I looked at the car and made a decision. However, the wording could be interpreted as a non refundable deposit unless I purchased the car. The end purchase price was nearly $3,000.00 more than what the internet sales person offered. I was told that it would be a week before they could get the model I wanted on the lot to show me. I emailed the internet sales person, Justin, and told him that they did not honor his price guarantee. I never heard back from him. However, within two minutes of sending that email, I received a response from someone else at Sullivan telling me that the vehicle had just come in. It was only two days and the vehicle just happened to come in after I sent an email complaining. After some further shopping around, I found a dealer who could offer me the same vehicle at the lower price. Suddenly, the deposit I left, 500$, was a non refundable deposit and they were keeping it. They lied all through the process, gave me misleading information and never gave me copies of the paperwork I signed (my fault for not insisting). In short, in my persona experience, they were the stereotypical con artist car sales people who will take advantage of you and scam you. Do your homework and read all the reviews on any car dealer you are considering. Get everything in writing and do not leave a deposit unless you know for sure you want that vehicle. When dealing with Sullivan Brothers, do not allow them to pressure you into signing anything before you have had time to read it completely. Question everything they say. In all my interactions with any employee there, they have very carefully worded things to mislead the customer. More
