BEST EXPERIENCE EVER I was in desperate need in a new vehicle, but I was very scared as this was my first car buying experience. I was a little hesitant because of the rep I was in desperate need in a new vehicle, but I was very scared as this was my first car buying experience. I was a little hesitant because of the reputation that Car Salesmen have. I walked into Sullivan Brother Nissan/Toyota and I did not know what to expect. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and open arms. I worked with Christopher Logan on finding my perfect new car. He sat me down and we discussed everything that I wanted and more importantly what was going to work for me financially. He took the time to figure out what I really wanted and what would work best for me. Naturally, I wanted the nicest thing and most expensive vehicle possible, but after Chris convinced me that probably was not the best idea (even taking a cut on commission), he found the perfect vehicle for me. He understood exactly what I wanted and found me my perfect vehicle with all the options I needed. He took the time to show me every vehicle that I had the slightest interest in. By the end of my experience, I felt comfortable enough to leave a down payment while the Finance Manager- James Tinsley, worked on getting me a loan. While waiting, I noticed the friendly atmosphere that this dealership has. All the other sales reps greeted me making sure I was comfortable and offered me anything that I needed. I then worked with the Finance Manager, James Tinsley, and he was amazing! He was sweet, caring, and most importantly honest. He walked me through the process and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He smiled the entire process and made me very comfortable. The vehicle that I bought is amazing!- 2012 Toyota Camry SE. I did research on the vehicle and I can honestly say I purchased the vehicle below fair market value, so I know I got a good deal. I would suggest if you are in the market for a vehicle, please give them a shot! I would not buy another vehicle anywhere else. More

HORRIBLE I came here to purchase a used 2009 Tacoma. At first I was pleased with the deal, however, that quickly went out the window. After leaving the first I came here to purchase a used 2009 Tacoma. At first I was pleased with the deal, however, that quickly went out the window. After leaving the first time, and leaving a deposit with signed paperwork, I was informed that I needed to come back to finish signing more documents but that they would prepare the car in the meantime. A week later I was in, and the car was not ready. All of the details of the car that needed to be cleaned and were part of the agreement (paint chips, scratches, dents) had been ignored, the key fob was nowhere to be seen, and there were two bad sensors in the tires that I had to wait to get repaired. After taking the car home and realizing how poorly prepared it had been, I contacted the manager and arranged to bring the car back. I left the car there for 2.5 more days, however, upon my return, still no fob, none of the chips or scratches had been repaired, and now a gasket is missing from the window. It took them 2 weeks to accomplish nothing. I will never come back nor would I recommend this dealership to anybody. More
This dealership preyed upon my 74 year old mother. My 74 year old mother, a retired nurse on a fixed income was unfortunate enough to receive in the mail a promotional offer from these predators. Th My 74 year old mother, a retired nurse on a fixed income was unfortunate enough to receive in the mail a promotional offer from these predators. This promotion was a gimmick that involved an invitation to visit the dealership on the chance of possibly winning some free cash… Needless to say she did not receive any “free cash”. What she did receive was a swindle at the hand s of an aggressive overly pushy used car salesmen. She was talked into an over priced used Camry. The loan payment she was approved for was over 50% of her monthly income. A shot lime later she realized her mistake and returned to the dealership to return the vehicle. She explained that she felt like she had been swindled and threatened to go to the attorney general. The manager said “she would not prevail in any legal action as she had willingly signed a contract.” He offered her the option of another “deal” involving a vehicle downgrade with a smaller car payment. The vehicle they offered her was a 2009 Corolla with 85 thousand miles for $21,000. The retail value of this vehicle at the time of the sale was $11,000. Her payment was reduced by less than $100 a month. More over, they sold her some ridiculous maintenance warrant that they have not honored When ever she tries to make a service appointment she gets the run around. The last time she was there for service they degraded and confused her so badly that she called me crying in frustration and despair. She has since filed a complaint with the attorney general elder services division. So far their representative has not received any reply after several attempts to contact the dealership. After a year of struggling to make payments for over a year, my mom is considering giving up her vehicle and her good credit. This also means giving up a large part of her independence.. The only thing lower than a shady used car dealership is one that targets the elderly. More

The price had been recently reduced, so I went to test drive. Nice car, great condition, kbb and edmunds said it was a good deal so I bought it... no hassle and no drama. I really appreciated the fact that my salesman, Bob McLaughlin, took the time and effort to surprise my son when I brought him down later that day to pick up the vehicle. Would buy from Bob again in a minute. I know I should have had the car checked out by my mechanic BEFORE buying, but it didn't work out that way, so we did it after.... The only thing he found was a worn serp belt, which Sullivan Bros. service is, as I type, replacing under their warranty. Great experience, very happy, and so is my son. Thanks Bob and Sullivan Bros!! If you own a Lexus do not take it here. I received a flyer from Sullivan Bros Toyota (SBT) telling me that they had "factory-trained professionals ..they can take care of your Lexus maintenance and repa flyer from Sullivan Bros Toyota (SBT) telling me that they had "factory-trained professionals ..they can take care of your Lexus maintenance and repair needs, using Genuine Factory Parts, for a lot less than what you would normally pay" So I went there for a brake job on my 2007 Lexus LS460. I received a quote of $405 for the job which was about $200 less than 2 area Lexus dealers. I received a call late in the afternoon telling me the car was not done because SBT was "unable to find aftermarket parts to save me money" and therefore had top "order the parts from Lexus" and oh by the way "the estimate has to be increased $250 to cover the Lexus parts" and "a sensor is needed which was not part of the estimate" Is this bait and switch? or do they just not know much about these cars to give an estimate without including the cost of the sensor? Take your pick. .I will be returning to Herb Chambers for all future work (the car has 180K miles on it and has always been maintained by Herb Chambers) and hopefully my brake job mistake with SBT will not come back to bite me. I bought a Black 2012 Toyota Corolla S from this dealership in March of 2012, and a 2005 Toyota 4runner in November. There is no interface with the owner at all. Just the employees. That to me is sh dealership in March of 2012, and a 2005 Toyota 4runner in November. There is no interface with the owner at all. Just the employees. That to me is shady. Anyway the corolla was sold to us for $18,500. After the warranty and everything it was more but that is ok. The used 2005 4 Runner is a regret I will take to the grave. I paid $13,000 for it even after I foolishly traded my pristine 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Orvis Edition. The 4runner currently needs $3,000 in repairs, I'm just having it towed because I cannot afford to fix it on top of monthly payments over 300 a month. I will never return to this dealership and will never recommend it to anybody. They were unwilling to cover any repairs even a touch after 90 days (my foolish mistake I should have brought it in immediately!), and flavio fleeced me after he sold me this vehicle and ignored my calls. I don't have a good thing to say, not one. More
I went in looking for a family vehicle two weeks ago. I had bought a vehicle with them previously and was hoping for another satisfactory experience. I was asked to leave $100 to hold a vehicle I was looki had bought a vehicle with them previously and was hoping for another satisfactory experience. I was asked to leave $100 to hold a vehicle I was looking at. The salesman played the typical used car salesman game, coming back to ask for a bigger down payment etc. He told me I would hear from him. A week later I called him. He seemed to have forgotten about the vehicle and myself. After explaining I got, "Oh yes! Ok. Yes, the manager really wants to know why you need two vehicles. They want more paperwork etc". I explained to him that Toyota Financial already told me I had the financing ok'ed. He played some more of the "game". He said "You aren't approved with us until I tell you that you are approved with us. Bring your taxes and proof of address down here and we will see what we can do." I explained that it had already been a week. I wanted my $100 back so that I could look elsewhere. "I can't give that back to you. We met our end of the bargain. We approved you, and you don't want to come in". "What??????", I said. "You just said I wasn't approved." Long story short, the salesman played a sleazy game of bait and switch. I am still trying to get my $100 back. And I would never do business with them again. I emailed the Sales Manager and have not received a response. More
It was the worst experience i have ever had. This is the 5th vehicle that my husband and I have purchased at Sullivan brothers Toyota and have never had such a bad experience. They are only interested in s 5th vehicle that my husband and I have purchased at Sullivan brothers Toyota and have never had such a bad experience. They are only interested in selling a vehicle not making it a good experience. First they lied and told me the vehicle I wanted was located and would be picked up on Monday or Tuesday then the remote start I ordered would be installed but the vehicle was not picked up until very late on Wednesday which was four days after I purchased then I received a email asking what would keep me from saying it was a excellent experience and I replied saying I was upset it was taking so long to get my vehicle I received a phone call from salesmen saying I could pick up my vehicle after 5pm that day but my inspection sticker would not be done because they hadn't done my insurance info yet. The registration and documentation was not done on Friday like it should of been, then there was a holiday on Monday and then on Tuesday salesmen calls my home number instead of my cell which I told him to contact me on, leaving message at home saying he couldn't reach insurance company then told me the number I gave him was disconnected but when I I called insurance at the same number I gave all information needed for the sale and transfer of plates. All Sullivan brother's had to do was fax the actual bill of sale then salesman called my home number again and left message at 4:52 stating I could come get my inspection sticker and registration. If he called my cell I could of taken care of it on Wednesday which was almost. 2 weeks from purchase date of 5/18. When I went the next day to get my sticker they said it would be half an hour to hour to get sticker then I saw them driving my car around then park it i went to get my keys to find out the inspection still had not been done. Giving me an acuse the sticker machine was messing up. Then a week later the undercarriage on my car fell down and when tow truck came to take me to Sullivan brothers Toyota they ripped it right off the vehicle. I have bought vehicles when they were not on site but at another dealership and it took only 3 days to get my vehicle and do the insurance paperwork needed and I had possession of vehicle. Salesman kept saying he did things as quickly as possible but I feel the insurance stuff should have been done the day after I picked up the vehicle and signed all documents not wait until the following Tuesday afternoon and then couldn't even handle taking care of documentation that I paid the dealership to do. I will not buy another vehicle from Sullivan brothers Toyota again. More
I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I spent three hors of my time dealing with the salesman finally got a deal worked out and proceeded to leave a deposit. The vehicle I "purchased" was not three hors of my time dealing with the salesman finally got a deal worked out and proceeded to leave a deposit. The vehicle I "purchased" was not in stock but they told me there would be no problem getting the vehicle there as they often swap vehicles with other dealerships. 4 days went by before I called the salesman to see what was going on, Salesman not available left a voicemail no return call. I called again the following day, again the salesman was not available and I left another voicemail. Another day went by before I Finally spoke to a live person (business manager) who had no idea about the progress of the deal. At this point it's been 11 days since I left the deposit. I stopped by the dealership and spoke with the salesman in person. He assured me there was a vehicle at a dealership in western MA and they would have it there in the next day or two. Well......two more days go by and no call, no answer when I called and no vehicle. Today is day number 12 and I stopped by again and had my deposit refunded. This is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. The incompetence and lack of communication astounds me. I will make every effort to tell anyone I know about the miserable experience I had at this dealership. After getting my deposit refunded I drove an hour south to Balise Toyota in Warwick RI where I was treated with respect by people who actually have their act together. I left there in 1 hour with the vehicle I wanted and they gave me more for my trade!! More
