Underhanded, Sleazy, Dishonest STAY FAR AWAY! This is the most sleazy, underhanded dealer I have ever encountered. I did an online price quote request on a new vehicle. The perso STAY FAR AWAY! This is the most sleazy, underhanded dealer I have ever encountered. I did an online price quote request on a new vehicle. The person responding, Justin, said he would meet the price quote I got from another dealer and even beat it. We made an appointment. He wasn't there for the appointment and nobody had any idea I was coming in. A sales person, George, helped me and I put a deposit on my credit card. He carefully worded the explanation of the deposit to make it sound like it was a good faith gesture for them having a vehicle brought in for me to see and that it would be refunded after I looked at the car and made a decision. However, the wording could be interpreted as a non refundable deposit unless I purchased the car. The end purchase price was nearly $3,000.00 more than what the internet sales person offered. I was told that it would be a week before they could get the model I wanted on the lot to show me. I emailed the internet sales person, Justin, and told him that they did not honor his price guarantee. I never heard back from him. However, within two minutes of sending that email, I received a response from someone else at Sullivan telling me that the vehicle had just come in. It was only two days and the vehicle just happened to come in after I sent an email complaining. After some further shopping around, I found a dealer who could offer me the same vehicle at the lower price. Suddenly, the deposit I left, 500$, was a non refundable deposit and they were keeping it. They lied all through the process, gave me misleading information and never gave me copies of the paperwork I signed (my fault for not insisting). In short, in my persona experience, they were the stereotypical con artist car sales people who will take advantage of you and scam you. Do your homework and read all the reviews on any car dealer you are considering. Get everything in writing and do not leave a deposit unless you know for sure you want that vehicle. When dealing with Sullivan Brothers, do not allow them to pressure you into signing anything before you have had time to read it completely. Question everything they say. In all my interactions with any employee there, they have very carefully worded things to mislead the customer. More
Incomeptent, Unprofessional, Deceptive, and proven Liars Stay Away if: 1) If you're trading in a vehicle and owe money on it please do your own due diligence and get the payoff number on your own. No one Stay Away if: 1) If you're trading in a vehicle and owe money on it please do your own due diligence and get the payoff number on your own. No one at this dealership (Sales Advisors, Sophien Sales Manager, Finance Dept, Andy GM) are capable of doing so. 2) If you leave them to deal with the payoff, they will not find out the correct number, and put an estimated number on the Sales Contract. They will have you sign the contract with INCORRECT numbers on it. They will not advise you that if they payoff number is incorrect that you will be subject to paying the difference. In my case I provided all personell with my payoff bank and SSN to get the payoff on late saturday morning (my bank was open). They failed to find out the number and then told me two business days later after signing the contract that I owed the difference (Deception). Again, no one at any time told me the number on the contract was "Estimated" and that I would need to pay the difference. 3) Sales Advisor and Finance Manager were apologetic and understanding but couldn't do anythig for me. Sophien Sales Manager was not understanding, does not return calls, and makes threats that your good credit will be ruined among other things. 4) When I had asked Sophien and Finance Manager if there was a GM that I could speak with about my experience, they both said "There's no one else but the owner but the owner isn't available" "He's never around" (LIE). BTW: prior to having this issue, I saw the Owner at the dealership. I had to ask the Parts person if there was a someone in between the Sales Manager and Owner. Parts person said there's a GM named Andy and he "Sit's out front". 5) I asked Sophien to speak with Andy..."Sophien gives me an attitude and went to get Andy". Sophien also said, "You know those new mats we ordered for you, well I meant to get you pre-owned ones" Andy sits down with me and I told him that I wanted to speak with him about my experience. Andy GM, gives me an an immediate attitude and not understanding at all (Great professionalism for a GM). After, seeing that Andy was giving me an attitude and not caring what I said, I the attitude back to him for which he told me to "Beat it". There's much more from an unprofessional level that I heard from this dealership....things said, calls not returned, etc... but wanted to keep it on the short. More

He actually told me w We have purchased 3 vehicles from Sullivan Brothers. This last April was the 3rd and last. The salesman was absolutely horrible. He actually told me when I was picking up that "He didn't have time for this". Showed me nothing about the cars functions, didn't have it ready (Mats, mudguards etc) and when I asked him, he told me to just come back another time and get them. They didn't have an issue sending someone out and explaining exactly how to score the survey in their favor but when I sent it in with details of my treatment, no acknowledgement. Awful, awful, awful!!!! More
Awful I guess I should have looked at these reviews before I went there. They just flat out lie to you and steal your money. I change my mind on buying a ve I guess I should have looked at these reviews before I went there. They just flat out lie to you and steal your money. I change my mind on buying a vehicle and want my deposit back ( which I have total legal right to do) and they refuse to refund it. I call but the owner is never in, so that speak volumes right there. So now I have to take legal action to get my money back. More
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER I was in desperate need in a new vehicle, but I was very scared as this was my first car buying experience. I was a little hesitant because of the rep I was in desperate need in a new vehicle, but I was very scared as this was my first car buying experience. I was a little hesitant because of the reputation that Car Salesmen have. I walked into Sullivan Brother Nissan/Toyota and I did not know what to expect. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and open arms. I worked with Christopher Logan on finding my perfect new car. He sat me down and we discussed everything that I wanted and more importantly what was going to work for me financially. He took the time to figure out what I really wanted and what would work best for me. Naturally, I wanted the nicest thing and most expensive vehicle possible, but after Chris convinced me that probably was not the best idea (even taking a cut on commission), he found the perfect vehicle for me. He understood exactly what I wanted and found me my perfect vehicle with all the options I needed. He took the time to show me every vehicle that I had the slightest interest in. By the end of my experience, I felt comfortable enough to leave a down payment while the Finance Manager- James Tinsley, worked on getting me a loan. While waiting, I noticed the friendly atmosphere that this dealership has. All the other sales reps greeted me making sure I was comfortable and offered me anything that I needed. I then worked with the Finance Manager, James Tinsley, and he was amazing! He was sweet, caring, and most importantly honest. He walked me through the process and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He smiled the entire process and made me very comfortable. The vehicle that I bought is amazing!- 2012 Toyota Camry SE. I did research on the vehicle and I can honestly say I purchased the vehicle below fair market value, so I know I got a good deal. I would suggest if you are in the market for a vehicle, please give them a shot! I would not buy another vehicle anywhere else. More

HORRIBLE I came here to purchase a used 2009 Tacoma. At first I was pleased with the deal, however, that quickly went out the window. After leaving the first I came here to purchase a used 2009 Tacoma. At first I was pleased with the deal, however, that quickly went out the window. After leaving the first time, and leaving a deposit with signed paperwork, I was informed that I needed to come back to finish signing more documents but that they would prepare the car in the meantime. A week later I was in, and the car was not ready. All of the details of the car that needed to be cleaned and were part of the agreement (paint chips, scratches, dents) had been ignored, the key fob was nowhere to be seen, and there were two bad sensors in the tires that I had to wait to get repaired. After taking the car home and realizing how poorly prepared it had been, I contacted the manager and arranged to bring the car back. I left the car there for 2.5 more days, however, upon my return, still no fob, none of the chips or scratches had been repaired, and now a gasket is missing from the window. It took them 2 weeks to accomplish nothing. I will never come back nor would I recommend this dealership to anybody. More
This dealership preyed upon my 74 year old mother. My 74 year old mother, a retired nurse on a fixed income was unfortunate enough to receive in the mail a promotional offer from these predators. Th My 74 year old mother, a retired nurse on a fixed income was unfortunate enough to receive in the mail a promotional offer from these predators. This promotion was a gimmick that involved an invitation to visit the dealership on the chance of possibly winning some free cash… Needless to say she did not receive any “free cash”. What she did receive was a swindle at the hand s of an aggressive overly pushy used car salesmen. She was talked into an over priced used Camry. The loan payment she was approved for was over 50% of her monthly income. A shot lime later she realized her mistake and returned to the dealership to return the vehicle. She explained that she felt like she had been swindled and threatened to go to the attorney general. The manager said “she would not prevail in any legal action as she had willingly signed a contract.” He offered her the option of another “deal” involving a vehicle downgrade with a smaller car payment. The vehicle they offered her was a 2009 Corolla with 85 thousand miles for $21,000. The retail value of this vehicle at the time of the sale was $11,000. Her payment was reduced by less than $100 a month. More over, they sold her some ridiculous maintenance warrant that they have not honored When ever she tries to make a service appointment she gets the run around. The last time she was there for service they degraded and confused her so badly that she called me crying in frustration and despair. She has since filed a complaint with the attorney general elder services division. So far their representative has not received any reply after several attempts to contact the dealership. After a year of struggling to make payments for over a year, my mom is considering giving up her vehicle and her good credit. This also means giving up a large part of her independence.. The only thing lower than a shady used car dealership is one that targets the elderly. More

The price had been recently reduced, so I went to test drive. Nice car, great condition, kbb and edmunds said it was a good deal so I bought it... no hassle and no drama. I really appreciated the fact that my salesman, Bob McLaughlin, took the time and effort to surprise my son when I brought him down later that day to pick up the vehicle. Would buy from Bob again in a minute. I know I should have had the car checked out by my mechanic BEFORE buying, but it didn't work out that way, so we did it after.... The only thing he found was a worn serp belt, which Sullivan Bros. service is, as I type, replacing under their warranty. Great experience, very happy, and so is my son. Thanks Bob and Sullivan Bros!!
