Nice Salesmanship but the aftermath was very disappointing. Sales was good. ( George G.) Listened to what I wanted and any questions that I had and if he didn’t know he quickly found out the answer. Two days later to pick up my inspection sticker, plate, installation of running boards & remote startER, and my bed racks from the old truck I was more than disappointed. My old truck arrived at 8am. At 4pm the only thing done was the running boards. I waited an additional two hours and THEN no one came to show me about the remote starter. Truck running but locked and couldn’t get in and other issues with remote. Also the finance person was supposed to have paperwork for me. On a good note, I had called and complained and the customer relations woman, Michelle, was very helpful even with multiple “phone tags”. She was able to get the company of the remote starter to call me and he called at the time he was told to. That went well but unfortunate that he had to do what “his people and the service/tech guys at the dealership” were supposed to know. Three days later I finally heard from the finance guy, Jason, and he was giving paperwork to the salesman, George, to mail to me. Three years ago I purchased a truck and then a new car a year later from Falmouth Toyota! I can’t say enough good about all there departments! Michellle is the only reason i did not return my new truck!!!!! Otherwise I would have left, taken my old awesome truck and gone back to Falmouth or anywhere else. More

She eventually just hung up the phone on me. I’ve never been treated so poorly by someone in the customer service industry. This person was extremely unprofessional. Due to the circumstances of the situation and the original unresolved complaint the BBB will be notified. To be fair I’d like to note that my sales rep Flavio was amazing. He went above and beyond to make the purchase of my new vehicle enjoyable & convenient. He’s an absolute asset to the company. Tracey works in the finance Dept and unfortunately no matter how amazing the purchasing experience was a terrible financial error was made and I could not in good Conscience recommend anyone go to this dealership if Tracey is involved. *buyer beware* More
