Not a pleasant experience with then at all. Beware of John(sales person) and Jason(director of Financial service) and stay away from them as far as possible. John talked me in and later changed the deal right before I signed the contract. They are NOT nice and kind, and they are NOT transparent at all. The car has an issue with third row seats and they did not mention it even if they knew it. Never ever again in mu life with Sullivan's Brother Toyota. More
