aberration?? our visit to service has always been positive until last. 2 hours for oil change, wrong oil listed on bill, then double speak to cover. I base my current apprehension based on several years of history with Sullivan's. It was all good. So this experience, an aberration? I will come back and still say good things, everyone has a bad day. Hopefully it's not a trend of staff issues. I do also have a mechanics resume relative my opinion. Thanks More
