Avoid at all cost, they ran my credit without my consent and when I asked at first they denied it and then said it was because of leasing. Secondly, they are selling a 4Runner (Green) that was registered in Virginia and had 201 miles as new, I checked with the Attorney General and told me they needed to sell it as pre owned and will be investigating Sullivan Toyota. As a loyal customer to this dealership for 11 years, they took extreme advantage of my loyalty. Be very cautious if they start calling you relentlessly with a "GREAT DEAL" to sell you. I was foolish enough to think they had my best interest in mind and it all sounded good until I got home and reviewed my paperwork and realized I got totally screwed! They are the most unscrupulous people I have ever encountered. They over charged me by $15,000, quickly wrapped it up into a neat little package and on my way out the door informed me that they financed the deal with a bank (at a high interest rate), instead of Toyota (who I'd always used over the last 11 years) without my permission for SEVEN YEARS!!!!!!!! When questioned about the 7 years, they danced around it and shooed me out the door. I went to other dealerships to show them my paperwork and they agreed that they totally took full advantage of me. Be very careful of these people and their tactics in future dealings with them!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I purchased a brand new 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum from Sullivan Brothers Toyota, and they agreed to deliver it to me in Vermont. The brand new vehicle was delivered with a deep scratch across the fro from Sullivan Brothers Toyota, and they agreed to deliver it to me in Vermont. The brand new vehicle was delivered with a deep scratch across the front passenger’s side door. I took a picture of the vehicle showing the scratch where it was parked at the Vermont DMV when I arrived to take possession of the vehicle and complete the registration formalities. I contacted sales guy (Justin Culhane) to inform him of the damage, and he agreed to speak to his GM, Andy McIsaac. I obtained an estimate from a Toyota dealership autobody shop, which Sullivan Brothers rejected. Sullivan Brothers offered me $300 (at least 1/4th the repair cost) or for me to drive my new vehicle 8 hours and 495 miles round trip to their dealership so they could repair which would have cost me at least two nights stay in Massachusetts and two weeks’ vacation from work because of the Vermont 2 week quarantine requirements because of the COVID-19 pandemic (as per VT Department of Health). I rejected Sullivan Brothers’ offer as being unreasonable. I then obtained a second estimate from a non-Toyota dealership, which Sullivan Brothers also rejected. They upped their offer to $500, which was far below both estimates. I rejected their second offer as being unreasonable. I filed a small claims lawsuit (which you can do under their sales contract) against Sullivan Brothers and the day they received it, they reached out to me to settle at the repair cost. I found Sullivan Brothers, Justin Culhane, and Andy McIsaac to be unprofessional and arrogant. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again. More
