Was very disappointed in my last appointment!! I was to just have a sticker... I made an appointment as I wanted to get in and out as I had an appointment an hour later... I arrived 10 minutes earl I was to just have a sticker... I made an appointment as I wanted to get in and out as I had an appointment an hour later... I arrived 10 minutes early and dropped off my car!! 2 hours later I was still in the waiting room only to be told that I needed 2 new tires to get my sticker... Ridiculous!!! I had new tires put on only 6 months prior....and when I took my car to another service place... no problem... More

i like this facility overall more than any other only thing i dont like is i feel like i always come in for service and leave with more problems than i started with.
