Although the techs and the customer service personnel are professional, the scheduling department is falling down on the job. I had an appointment for an engine oil and filter change, and it took more than three and a half hours to complete. Perhaps there were several people out sick, maybe there was a technical glitch, but there was no communication that the service would take any extra time. Had I been advised that it would take more than 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change, I would have rescheduled. But no information was forthcoming. After three hours I received a text that said there were "no major issues, will be done in 30min". The work was done satisfactorily, but the lack of communication about delays is unacceptable. The customer service manager called me and offered a weak apology. I won't return. I have owned Toyotas for decades. This was a very disappointing experience. More
My car was just serviced for over 2 weeks by Sullivan Collision center for a recall. I received top notch customer service from the whole team, including photo updates available online. My salesman George was great. Very personable and easy to talk to. I bought on a Saturday and was driving it home on Monday. George handled my plates, registration and sticker so I was able to just drive away. I knew I wanted a Corolla when I went in. So that made it easy. I was disappointed in the inventory as they only had two black 2025 Corollas in stock, but the website showed many 2024 in many colors. Also the sticker price now reflects a $2500 up charge for their lack of inventory not shown on the webpage, so be mindful of that before negotiating. George threw in a remote start as my standard LE model did not come with it. I’m happy with my purchase and hopeful future service visits go smoothly. More
Just want to write a review regarding the great customer service I received at Sullivan Brothers Toyota today. I went to the dealer because i needed a service done under warranty. I had an appointment but service I received at Sullivan Brothers Toyota today. I went to the dealer because i needed a service done under warranty. I had an appointment but when I arrived at the dealership I was told it would be an hour wait. Needless to say, I was a little upset due to the fact that I drove 40 minutes from my house to come to the dealer. In any event, I asked to speak to the service manager to see if he or she would be able to help me out with getting the service done sooner than one hour. I was able to speak with Dave Bellando who was kind enough to help me get the part I needed under warranty and had a parts employee Jimi Sousec install it for me very quickly! Thank you Dave and Jimi for helping me out today! Your help was much appreciated! More

Awful experience. Post sale I decided to cancel “maintenance program” I allowed myself to be talked into, MY bad. Jack in financing is the worst example of customer service I have ever had the experience of meeting. After I got nasty responses from my requests to cancel said ‘Program’ he decided hanging up on a customer was the best course. So too many emails later and 4 months of nonsense between Sullivan Brothers Toyota and the actual “maint. Program” supplier I finally got my money back. So that money and my own funds paid off the loan so Toyota Credit will not get another dime of interest from me. Sullivan Brothers will not see this customer coming back and anyone I know in the market for a car will be advised to stay far far away!! Hope this rating helps as it sucks I even had to share it, but they asked for all this and then some as far as I’m concerned! More
