The salesman told me the previous owner was a woman who got her car serviced there regularly I no paperwork about past maintenance good thing my husband is a mechanic after extensive researching the Rav 4 was previously leased out to a company in California, plus instead of transferring my warranties from my Camry they had me buy all new warranties and at a 9.37 APR they previous warranties that they should’ve transfers were 3.39 APR… I could go on for days and my husband found my car that they gave me 24,000 said KBB said that’s what it’s worth turned around and sold it for over $36,000 which is illegal for a dealership to make over 10,000 on 1 sale. The list goes on I already talked to a lawyer it took me so king to catch up and take legal action after 1yr bcuz I slipped and broke my back I am finally somewhat recovered so that is why I’m pursuing action. My husband was up straight for 2 days and when he got going he recovered a mound of illegal proceedings and Laws they have broken and LIES they have told.. NEVER GO TO SULLIVAN BROTHERS JN KINGSTON .. JACK, ANDREW B, THE RED HEADED MANAGER AND THE SALESMAN JOHNNY TOOK ADVANTAGE IF ME. I went in there to get my car serviced and got SCAMMED.. NEVER EVER GO THERE IF ANY OF YOU WANT TO PRIVATE MESSAGE ME I HAVE THE PROOF TO SHOW YOU YHERE LIES AND WHAT THEY DID WAS ILLEGAL IN SO MANY WAYS.. DEALERSHIP FRAUD AT ITS FINEST. I was bed ridden for almost 10 months.. IM NOT GOING AWAY. They probably thought I just let it go like so many others .. they suck.. My experience was excellent. I needed 4 new tires which they had to order and an inspection sticker. They kept my car until the tires arrived then delivered my car to my home.
