Service department needs to lookup recall procedures before telling customer it will take 4 hours to complete. Apparently recall notice was to inspect the hood latch on the Altima models only - not to before telling customer it will take 4 hours to complete. What an inconvenience to myself and the friend that met me there - seriously frustrating! More

I went in for 2 recall issues to be fixed. They found some other things that needed repair as well. I didnt plan to spend really anything that day but the maintenance for my car was probably worth spendi some other things that needed repair as well. The service department is excellent. My Lincoln dealership could only get me an appointment in 5 days. Sullivan Bros Nisan took me on the same day and Joe went out of his way to be sure I got a lo dealership could only get me an appointment in 5 days.
