The place was clean and neat. The associates were very friendly and nice. I made an appointment for an oil change for 10:30 am. When my vehicle was returned to me after the 24 month service and a state inspection it was filthy. The previous state inspection sticker was in pieces still stuck on the window, all over the dashboard service and a state inspection it was filthy. Also while I was at the dealership there was a monitor emphasizing the perks of buying or leasing from Sullivan Brothers including a complimentary Car wash and vacuum. Neither of these services were offered or performed with my appointment. On top of that when I got home and reviewed the receipt, the automobile status report and the multi point inspection. It was stated on the receipt that the tire pressures were adjusted and on the multi point inspection that the tires treads were measured except for the SPARE TIRE. So the spare tire tread was never measured and the pressure was never checked or adjusted. More
