Satisfaction as usual I have nothing but praise for the efficiency and courtesy I find at Sullivan's. I take my 2014 Altima there for everything, especially the complimenta I have nothing but praise for the efficiency and courtesy I find at Sullivan's. I take my 2014 Altima there for everything, especially the complimentary inspections! The only flaw on my last visit was the return shuttle. Nobody called me to say my car was ready and I sat at Target for an hour before eventually walking back (I have no problem walking but there are no sidewalks!). My car had been ready for quite a while but nobody apologized for the lack of communication. Apart from that, I remain a loyal customer. More

I paid my car off 5 years early and had gap insurance and have been dealing with Sullivan brothers Nissan for over a week to get the remainder of that money back and have had nothing but a song and dance about why I shouldn't get it back. isn't that steeling? Service department I bought a lot of cars from here never had a problem. My daughter bought a car there had nothing but problems. Worst service every. They were made to put a new transmission in. Now the the car was diagnosed needing to control arms Copeland Toyota diagnosed this problem she was unable to take it there for service and have it fixed so she took it to Sullivan brothers in Kingston mass they told her there was nothing wrong with her car what kind of service people would tell you something like this that is seriously wrong and could be an accident waiting to happen . She returned to Copeland Toyota and they replaced the two control arms I would never recommend sullivan brothers for service they just don’t care and I am sure I am not the only one they have lied to. More
