great staff we own 3 Nissans and everytime we need scheduled service or repair the Service Department will make sure that our expectations are met the work is alw we own 3 Nissans and everytime we need scheduled service or repair the Service Department will make sure that our expectations are met the work is always done in a timely manner and if it cannot be completed on time they will shuttle you or give you a rental car for use. I have never had a bad experience at Sullivan Brothers Nissan. And they Have Breakfast for you if you are there early !!!!! More

Tom is beyond awesome My appointment was for the normal oil change etc. but was also for a change in license plate from the old to an honor plate. Tom advised that due to My appointment was for the normal oil change etc. but was also for a change in license plate from the old to an honor plate. Tom advised that due to the change in plate and registration that I was not going to be legal without a new inspection sticker as well. We had planned the visit to insure that all would be legal with the new plate so this had to be done. When all was finished not only did I have the new plate and inspection sticker, I also had new license plate frames as well. That really framed the new honor plate extremely well. Tom knew that my family was looking forward to the new plate and took that extra step which I really appreciated. My experience at Sullivan's through the years has been nothing but stellar and Tom has been most of the reason. More
