Sullivan Brothers Nissan - Service Center

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Included was a vehicle inspection, on which they claimed that the tires were sufficiently inflated. Upon arrival, the car's computer indicated all 4 tires we was a vehicle inspection, on which they claimed that the tires were sufficiently inflated. Upon arrival, the car's computer indicated all 4 tires were at 29 lbs, while 33 is recommended. All 4 tires had valve stem caps. Upon departure, all 4 caps were missing and the tires were still at 29 lbs. Every time I've brought in my car, I've been disappointed with something. Never anything huge, but always something. This time, it was the missing caps and the not-inflated tires. More

Sullivan Brothers went above and beyond for me, calling Nissan directly to help me get my issue resolved. They also provided me a loaner, at no additional cost, while my car what’s getting fixed.
