It was all very nice but this would have been my 4th Pathfinder in a row so I was interested in other vehicles of the same size. Luckily, Sullivan Brothers has a Toyota dealership right next door and their sales team are able to sell at both. So it was a seamless experience to go over there with Corey and look at the Highlanders. To cut a long story short, Corey quickly got me a test drive of a Hybrid model which caught my eye and I was pretty much sold on it. It had to be the hottest day of the year and Corey was more than willing to rush around to make sure that I got what I wanted. Excellent experience all round. More

Great customer Service We showed up @ 11:30 on a Saturday, for Oil change, with no appointment which we were told last yr was ok. Our salesman, Chuck C This was our third experience with Sullivan Nissan. You do not go back three times unless the service you receive is very good. Our salesman, Chuck Cavanaro, was very professional and helpful in our visit to the dealership. He explained all our options and was not pushy. He did not make us feel uncomfortable in making our decision on a new car. He used his iPad to take a picture with our new Murano and set up our first free maintenance appointment. Chuck's follow up to make sure we have no problems with our new car was very helpful. Paul and Ned also were very helpful in the process. We did not feel rushed or push into our decision by anyone which made the process easier for us. Although we did not have any contact with the service department in our purchase, we have always been very satisfied with any past service that we needed. The service staff is excellent along with the sales staff. . We would not hesitate going back to Sullivan Nissan in the future. Thank you, Bill & Carmel Collins More
