very disappointed! I needed to have my Lincoln serviced and I found on your website that you serviced them, so on Tuesday I made an appointment for Thursday at 10 am. Wh I needed to have my Lincoln serviced and I found on your website that you serviced them, so on Tuesday I made an appointment for Thursday at 10 am. When I called Thursday afternoon my car had not even been serviced. I was told it would be ready Friday mid morning. Again I called and was told OUR ford guy with the codes isn't here but we reached out to Ford to see if they will give us the codes (should know by noon)! 4:00 rolls around and still no phone call! Again I reach out to them to be told I had to bring my car somewhere else to be serviced! I wasted 2 whole days without a car! Totally disappointed with your service department! More
