I went to the dealership and before I looked at any cars I told them what I owed on my current car, what I was putting down, and what I wanted my car payment to be each month. It was a Sunday and I was told a ballpark for the monthly payment and scheduled an appointment to finalize the paperwork on Wednesday. I went in at the scheduled time and the payment was significantly more per month. They continued to try to get me to agree to similar payments after I repeatedly said I wanted my down payment back. Even when they were crediting my card, I had to tell them multiple times that I wanted my own car back, which took even more time. What I thought was a positive experience ended up being a huge waste of time. I will never go to any of the Sullivan dealerships. More
