Generally, this has been a pleasurable experience with little stress. The staff, especially Cory Fuller and Ned Daly were very attentive to our needs and very professional and polite. My only dismay cam little stress. The staff, especially Cory Fuller and Ned Daly were very attentive to our needs and very professional and polite. My only dismay came when I learned of the add-on price if I did not want to finance($1000) and the cost for their 167 point check of the van(already done) ($1200) which should have been included in or disclosed as an additional cost to the advertised internet price. We financed to avoid this charge and negotiated the price properly to get rid of some of the $1200. In the end we came to a satisfactory conclusion on the price but everyone was courteous through the entire process. I firmly believe that no one should be penalized for not using financing. The $1000 I would consider a penalty and is just not proper. Hopefully they review that procedure in the future. Cory and Ned, however, were both first class and very helpful. More
