Went in for an engine splash guard replacement, oil change and inspection sticker. Took 2 and a half hours for them to do job wrong. When done the first time I had to return realizing they did not put change and inspection sticker. Took 2 and a half hours for them to do job wrong. When done the first time I had to return realizing they did not put my tow hooks back on my truck. Then when I returned for the second time to get my truck they CUT in to my front bumper for NO REASON. Wrong splash guard in the first place. I’m not happy at all, yes they are replacing the front bumper and the splash guard but it does not excuses the poor choices from the tech that worked on my truck. It also does not excuses the attitude given to me by Joe when I got upset about what was happening. It’s as if he thought it was all my fault this all happened. Luckily Tom is trying to make it right. Honestly, this is not the first time something major has happened. More

Mike Boland provided professional, courteous, and personalized service to us as we explored the 2020 Muranos.
