On December 21st I placed order number 5843114 using the Tire Advantage link on your website. The appointment was for December 28th at 8 AM. That quote was for a Continental CrossContact LX Sport 235/6 Tire Advantage link on your website. The appointment was for December 28th at 8 AM. That quote was for a Continental CrossContact LX Sport 235/65R18 Installed. And that the The installed price includes: Tires Mounting, Balancing, & Installation Disposal Fees Shop Supplies Delivery to Installer $ 0.00 Tire $196.00 Labor $ 39.95 Subtotal $235.95 Tax* $ 12.25 Total $248.20 What Sullivan Brothers Nissan charged me was Actual bill: Tire $200.00 Labor $ 39.95 Tax $ 12.60 Shop Supplies $ 1.60 ? Total $ 254.15 $254.15 – 248.20 = $5.95 overcharge. $4.00 more for a tire $1.60 for Shop supplies that were supposed to be included. $5.60 Total which increased the tax by $0.35 $0.35 Tax extra $5.95 that Sullivan Brothers Nissan overcharged. On top of that when I got home I noticed that on the charge slip that my Service Advisor Tom Georgakopoulos overcharged my credit card by $600.00. I had to call Tom to have him correct the error. The $5.95 that Sullivan Brothers Nissan overcharged me still remains an issue. More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Included was a vehicle inspection, on which they claimed that the tires were sufficiently inflated. Upon arrival, the car's computer indicated all 4 tires we was a vehicle inspection, on which they claimed that the tires were sufficiently inflated. Upon arrival, the car's computer indicated all 4 tires were at 29 lbs, while 33 is recommended. All 4 tires had valve stem caps. Upon departure, all 4 caps were missing and the tires were still at 29 lbs. Every time I've brought in my car, I've been disappointed with something. Never anything huge, but always something. This time, it was the missing caps and the not-inflated tires. More

This is our third purchase from Sullivan Brothers. Cory was amazing! He was professional, friendly and courteous.
