I have bought three cars from Sullivan Bros. We have had excellent service and patient salesmen. Greg and Chris are always open and sincere with any concerns we have regarding purchases or repairs. Purchased a 2007 Pathfinder in 2009 from Sullivan Bothers. It was a very pleasant experience. Greg Russell was very friendly and easy to deal with. I wasn't pressurized or pushed into anything I did Bothers. It was a very pleasant experience. Greg Russell was very friendly and easy to deal with. I wasn't pressurized or pushed into anything I didn't want. Sullivan Brothers did all the maintenance, oil changes, etc. Never had a problem with the service. Last week I went for an oil change and sticker for the 2007 Pathfinder. While waiting I noticed a 2008 Pathfinder there and asked Greg what kind of a deal could I get on it. An hour and a half later I left Sullivan with the 2008 Pathfinder. Again it was a pleasant experience working with Greg. I had a couple of very minor issues with the 2008 Pathfinder that Greg/Sullivan Brothers took care of with a quick service visit. And what really amazed me was Greg remembered my name and what I had traded in for the 2007 Pathfinder two years earlier! Overall very good dealership to deal with......thanks guys! John More

I would recommend this dealer to friends, family and complete strangers. After weeks of searching for a new vehicle and being disgusted with other dealers, terrible interest rate offers and below accept complete strangers. After weeks of searching for a new vehicle and being disgusted with other dealers, terrible interest rate offers and below acceptable salespersons I walked into Sullivan Bros. We had actually started our car deal with them over the phone telling them what we wanted, what price we wanted to pay and what our expectations were. We were greeted on the lot by our salesperson who was happy to show us around and give us our different options. They didnt make us feel pressured or intimidated and at the end of our 2 hour trip we drove off the lot in our gorgeous new 2012 Altima 2.5s special edition. We could not have been happier! More
My husband and I visited this dealership. We were there to test drive a Lincoln MKX. After testing the Lincoln, we thought we needed something smaller and Chris suggested the Nissan Murano. It was love at to test drive a Lincoln MKX. After testing the Lincoln, we thought we needed something smaller and Chris suggested the Nissan Murano. It was love at first drive! Chris said we would love the Murano and we did! It was just what we were looking for! The entire purchase process was quick and easy. We will certainly recommend Chris Norton & Sullivan Brothers to family and friends, and we intend to have the Murano serviced there as well. More

This is my 3rd car I have purchased at this dealership, the 2nd car with the same salesman Greg. Both times he was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. I purchased a vehicle back in 2010, over the the 2nd car with the same salesman Greg. Both times he was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. I purchased a vehicle back in 2010, over the past several months I received information about trading in my car for a newer version. I called the dealership and asked to speak with Greg and I let him know what I was interested in a new vehicle. The next day when we stopped in he took us to a car he had already picked out for us. It ended up being the car we purchased. I will be returning to the dealership for my standard maintenance and when the time comes for a new car. More

I was very happy with my entire experience at Sullivan Brothers Nissan from start to finish. I also was looking at a vehicle at Quirk Ford, however that experience was not good at all. Quirk tried to pre Brothers Nissan from start to finish. I also was looking at a vehicle at Quirk Ford, however that experience was not good at all. Quirk tried to pressure me into buying a car for more than I was willing to pay. Sullivan Nissan didn't pressure me in any decision making.I had a lot of negative equity to roll into my vehicle and everyone at Sullivan Brothers Nissan worked out a deal for me that made my payments affordable. My husband and I have now bought two vehicles from Sullivan Brothers Nissan and I can honestly say that I will be a repeat customer for life. More
In June of 2010 I had an excellent experience in my purchase of a new 2010 Altima Hybrid. In July 2011, I received in the mail and "Offer to Purchase" referencing my vehicle by VIN with a very specifi purchase of a new 2010 Altima Hybrid. In July 2011, I received in the mail and "Offer to Purchase" referencing my vehicle by VIN with a very specific price to trade my 2010 for a 2011. I emphasize that this was not an advertisement or one of the usual teaser "checks" dealers send out payable for "up to thousands". It was noted as a very specific offer and "New Vehicle Quote". There was a stipulation of certain mileage and my trade being in excellent condition which it was. After contacting Sullivan's I went down and was presented the usual type of offer, here's what we'll sell you the car for, here's what we will give you for your car. Net to me was $5,000-$6,000. I pointed to the "offer" Sullivan sent me. It specified that subject to the mileage/condition criteria, I could trade up and pay nothing- I would actually receive $222.11. When I attempted to discuss this, Paul Sullivan, the general manager who authorized the mailing pretended to know nothing of it and would not discuss it or even use it as a starting point of negotiation. I contacted Nissan USA to relay my experience and received a call back from a customer service rep who said these mailings are the responsibility of the dealer and they do not get involved in sales deals. He did offer to contact the dealer and attempt to mediate a deal. After several calls over the course of a week, Paul Sullivan never responded to Nissan USA. In their last attempt the rep left a message for Paul to call me directly which he never did. This was the most fraudulent and deceptive mailing I have ever received from a car dealer. Strange way to promote customer retention and loyalty since they managed to completely alienate a formerly very satisfied customer. More
