I have bought 3 cars from Chris Norton at Sullivan Brothers Nissan and each time it has been a great experience. The first 2 cars were for me and the most recent car was for my daughter. Chris is very Brothers Nissan and each time it has been a great experience. The first 2 cars were for me and the most recent car was for my daughter. Chris is very friendly and very knowledgable about cars in general. It's nice when someone really knows what they're talking about - especially when it comes to different kinds of cars. Best of all, Chris was took the time to explain things and here was never any pressure to hurry up and buy something - even when when it took my daughter a really long time to decide! Also, the service has always been really good and the work was done on time. I'd definitely recommend this dealership if you're buying a new or a used car. Very fair prices too! More

Shook on a deal and then the dealership went back on its offer as they hadn't checked out all the details correctly. They went from wanting us to be part of their family to being the ugly step family. At offer as they hadn't checked out all the details correctly. They went from wanting us to be part of their family to being the ugly step family. At first everything was great, communication great, service great, but as soon as things didn't go their way due to an error on what we thought we owed on our current car to what we actually owed they went back on their deal. You would think that any dealership would check these details before beginning to negotiate. At least all the other ones I have ever dealt with have. The entire experience left a very bad impression on myself and my mother. More
Whatever you do don't complain about the service you receive or they will blacklist you. I had an appointment scheduled to drop off my new Maxima for an oil change. After driving all the way to the deal receive or they will blacklist you. I had an appointment scheduled to drop off my new Maxima for an oil change. After driving all the way to the dealership I am then informed by the service technician that they refuse to service my vehicle under warranty anymore because of a negative review I had given them on a customer survey I had received from Nissan after my last visit. They flat out handed the keys back to me and said if your not happy here then we suggest you go elsewhere. I was completely shell shocked and totally disgusted by the service technicians uncaring and callous attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager I was conveniently told he was not there. I then proceeded to let them know that I planned to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs about their unethical and discriminatory practices… and they said go right ahead. I have never heard of a business banning a customer from their establishment because they had a complaint about the service they received. It was bad enough that Sullivan Brothers never once reached out to me to apologize for the original issue I had but somehow in their infinite wisdom the best thing to do with an unhappy customer is to show them the door. Sullivan Brothers Nissan treats me very fairly, values my patronage, and has serviced my vehicle very competently. I recommend using them. The service advisors are willing to customize services to meet m patronage, and has serviced my vehicle very competently. I recommend using them. The service advisors are willing to customize services to meet my needs. Ex: I do my own cabin air filters, and they are willing to sell me filter part (at retail) without complaint while they earn my business on the items I prefer the dealer do (coolant change, oil, tire rotations, engine services). I can't emphasize enough how positive this makes me feel about them. They understand not everyone wants the dealer to perform every service. It is worth noting that I have never required a major service on my vehicle (think $1000+), so I cannot comment on that. I came to Sullivan Brothers after I caught Clay Nissan of Norwood not performing services that I paid for, twice. The customer facing staff were fine at Clay, but at Sullivan Brothers Nissan all evidence points to both the customer facing AND vehicle facing employees doing a great job. This excellence keeps me coming back to Sullivan Brothers Nissan. The service-oriented culture is visible in other places at the dealership. There's always snacks and coffee in the waiting room for those waiting for service (not just new sales). That says something about how they treat every customers. The dealership provides free shuttle service to the surrounding areas. This is a big win for me, for I work in a nearby industrial park. I save on transportation, and my car is serviced while I'm at the office. My only nitpick with Sullivan Brothers Nissan is service pricing. Sometimes it is a little more Lincoln priced than Nissan priced (they sell both brands). This doesn't bother me so much on small routine services (ex: oil change with synthetic), for I'm willing to tolerate a little increased cost for the aforementioned shuttle service and convenience to my work. On more substantial services (ex: 30,000 and 60,000 service packages), pricing is a fair bit higher that competing dealers. When I showed them a competing dealer offering a substantially lower price on the exact same service, they were able to at least help me on some of the difference. Again, a commitment to customer service. I was willing to give them the business at that time, and I'll absolutely keep coming back for my routine maintenance so long as I work in Plymouth. More
This was a great experience. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly and they go out of their way to help you get what you want. They communicate with you, and really made the experience as least stressfu and friendly and they go out of their way to help you get what you want. They communicate with you, and really made the experience as least stressful as possible. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car (which is what I got) or a used car as well. They have both. More
I visited this dealership 5-19-2013, I was greeted by a very nice salesperson(Chris). My mother was interested in a few of the Nissan SUVs. She did some testing, and we didn't have any issues with the sale very nice salesperson(Chris). My mother was interested in a few of the Nissan SUVs. She did some testing, and we didn't have any issues with the sales person. He was very friendly and great guy. My mom decided she wanted to talk some numbers on her trade and a new pathfinder sl. Here's where my visit doesn't get great marks. We had to sit and wait awhile for the sales manager to tinker around with numbers. The first offer was horrible, I am a seasoned car buyer so no wool over my eyes. We sent our sales person back with what our response was, and I showed him a competing dealership, which I personally have used 6 times. (Balise Nissan rocks down the Cape) After waiting about 20 mins, I convinced my mom to go grab her keys and head to the dealership I use. I don't know the sales managers name, as I didn't not meet him. My mom said he was a redheaded man in his 30's. This man was rude to my mom! He said that he paid x amount for this car, and that he couldn't find on the internet where I had found this price for the same pathfinder sl. He then told my mom rude tone. "If you get that price you come back here with a purchase and sales, and Ill buy all their cars" Well guess what you pompass rude man. Ill see you tomorrow with a purchase and sales. My mom got her deal at Balise MSRP Pathfinder SL 37775 yours was slightly less MSRP 37395. Guess what price of car at Balise 31749. Oh also Sullivans wanted to give my mom 15500 for her trade we got 18500. So let be known I will never recommend your dealership!!!!!!!!! My marks on friendliness and so forth reflect upon salesmanager, not salesman. More
As you may have read my last post i would like to take As you may have read my last post i would like to take the time to re rate this dealer. My Previous experience was Not a good one However I must say As you may have read my last post i would like to take the time to re rate this dealer. My Previous experience was Not a good one However I must say they are sticking to there Word and infact The next morning after i had posted my previous review several management personal reached out to myself as well as my wife. I want to thank them for doing so, as there are many other dealers out there that would not have cared, nor taken the time to make things right. So thank you Sullivan Brothers Nissan you have changed not only my out look on your dealership but you have given me hope that there are still a few good companies that truly care about there customer experience rather than there own pockets. I would Highly Recommend THIS DEALERSHIP TO ALL LOOKING FOR A QUALITY VEHICLE THAT IS BACKED BY A GREAT OVERALL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. More
My wife and I bought a 2009 nissan maxima at the time of the sale I expressed to the sales rep and manager that I did not want to buy the car unless the tires brakes and a few minor dents and light scratche the sale I expressed to the sales rep and manager that I did not want to buy the car unless the tires brakes and a few minor dents and light scratches were fixed on the car they assured us that they would take care of everything. So went through with the sale of the car. The next day we went to pick the car up it was nice and waxed yet nothing we had addressed was fixed. They told us to take the car home and they would have to schedule times for us to come back for tires, brakes and the body work. Again they assured us that these things would be done. a few weeks go bye and still nothing had been done. I just took the car to another dealer and they inform us that the car should have never passed inspection with the tires the way they were also that the car needs transmission work and it also needs a complete tie rod.. I am so bull at this point I will never buy a car from them again and since I am in the car business myself I will ne sure to let others know of my experince.. More
