At first the gentleman was very nice and professional. He introduced himself, brought me over to his desk/cubicle, asked a few questions about my trade etc. After, he brought the vehicle to the front and came back to sit back down with me. He then pulled out his phone and explained very quickly about my payment, trade in value, and interest rate. All generic numbers without knowing my credit score or personal payment history. He stated how my payment would be much higher. When I suggested to work the numbers a little (interest rate and years) he got very defensive and smug. Very condescending, almost to the point where I didn't feel like I belonged at his desk. Before I could even drive the vehicle I thanked him for his time, shook his hand and left. Total time at this dealer = 15 minutes. Worst experience I've had at any dealer. I don't remember the man's name. His cubicle is located when you walk in through the front door to the left, in the middle, next to the glass facing the road going towards service. More

Ned Daly, the business manager at the Nissan dealership orchestrated this entire deal and based on the fact that he sold a car that didn't belong to him I'd have to judge him as either ignorant or dishonest, and since he made a point of telling me that he had over 20 years at the dealership I doubt that he's ignorant. Bottom line, Sullivan was deceptive in their sales practices and couldn't deliver what they agreed to. What's worse, I got the feeling that it didn't matter...at least to anyone we talked to. You can deal with this dealership if you want to, but go in with your eyes wide open and at your own risk. More
I came all the way from Lake George NY I found the pr-owned Nissan I wanted at Sullivan Brothers, so we drove 4 hours to buy it from them. Sullivan Brothers made the total experience GREAT I found the pr-owned Nissan I wanted at Sullivan Brothers, so we drove 4 hours to buy it from them. Sullivan Brothers made the total experience GREAT and I'd go back again. Ned Daly Patrick Hammit and Paul O'Sullivan are more than just good Irish names. They all went beyond my expectations to make my buying experience awesome, Brooke Forester too! Largest inventory I've ever seen at any Nissan Dealership. Great people, great service make a great team. More
If you're buying a Nissan, don't buy it here! This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend going here to my worst enemy. The only positive thing about Sullivan Brothers is they had snacks for you This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend going here to my worst enemy. The only positive thing about Sullivan Brothers is they had snacks for you while the salesman "works his magic" (his words, not mine). The salesmen are nice, until you sit down to talk numbers. I was in the market for a new Nissan Sentra - I wanted a brand new car, not used, and only had the requirement of GPS and bluetooth. I did not care what else was in the car. The sales guy (of course) tried to up sell multiple times. He actually found me a beautiful car that I was going to buy instead...there were only two problems there: 1). The car was a 2011 with 36,000 miles on it already (it's 2014) 2). It was priced higher than a brand new 2014 model So of course, he drags me into his cubicle to talk numbers. (This is after I've told him three times I have a $20,000 budget for a new car, not used, and not to waste my time or his). After wasting an hour of lowering the sales price over and over and "doing me a favor" by talking to his manager, he comes out at $19,999 final price. I must have laughed at him because he started to get extremely rude after that point, trying to take cheap shots at me. I told him I wanted a new car, he had wasted my time, and unless he has something, I was leaving. He magically found a new 2014 Sentra to waste my time for another hour. The rock bottom pricing on this one (after pulling over the manager and putting on a show) was $21,999. Not bad from the supposed sticker price of $24,999, but still out of budget. I nicely thanked him, got up, and left...but not before they could say I would never find a deal as good. The next day I went to Clay Nissan in Norwood. They kept the place open just for me while I picked out the perfect car. I found the EXACT SAME car that Sullivan had for my negotiated price of $18,999. I also got 0.9% financing, a tank of gas, an oil change voucher, a full detail, and the satisfaction of a good deal with good people. They even went as far to order me dinner while we passed papers! So, if you're looking for a car, don't go to Sullivan. Take the extra time to go to Clay - it's worth it. More
Best experience ever! I have been shopping for months and have had nothing but horrible experiences at every dealer I went to until I arrived at Sullivan Brothers Nissan. I emailed for a price quote before I have had nothing but horrible experiences at every dealer I went to until I arrived at Sullivan Brothers Nissan. I emailed for a price quote before I arrived. DJ was the only dealer that gave me all of the pricing information I requested. I wanted to know what the total would be including tax and all fee's and no other dealer would give me that. I thought that was so shady that no one would tell me. I emailed Sullivan Brothers and DJ gave me all the totals I wanted on the car I wanted, in the color I wanted! He was honest with me from the very beginning about not having the exact model I wanted on his lot. We spoke on Monday and I told him that I would come in mon Wednesday night with my trade in for him to look at. When I got to the dealership DJ was excited to tell me that he brought in the exact color and package for me from another dealer and it was cleaned up for me and parked in the Sold line. ( I never left a deposit or anything he didn't even ask) I drove the new Sentra with a gentleman named Adam who explained all of the features to me and showed me how to talk to the Bluetooth and navigation. When I got back from the drive DJ introduced me to the General Sales Manager Jason Ferreira who told me that my trade was perfect and gave me Kelly Blue Book Excellent Trade In Value for it. Then I went into DJ's. office and signed the loan paperwork for the 0.9% financing. I even got to drive my new car home in less than an hour and a half of being at the dealer. I felt like I as royalty when I was there and honestly just kept thinking it was too good to be true. Best dealership ever! If you want to be treated with respect and deal with people that are up front, honest and truly care about what is best for you, call DJ Allain, Adam Hoyt, and Jason Ferreira at Sullivan Brothers Nissan. I will buy all of my cars their for the rest of my life! More
Pick a car, after 2 days of waiting on finance guy DJ to get us a deal we get a call from Corey who said they got us approval from bank which was way off of what him and GM Paul swore up and down they could get us a deal we get a call from Corey who said they got us approval from bank which was way off of what him and GM Paul swore up and down they could get us, took an hour to think about it during which we call back with questions to DJ finance guy no answer or return call, emails no response. Call GM also no answer or return call. Finally get through to Ned finance guy who says he'll take it over from here try to get us something closer to what they originally offered us, he will sit down with the GM and they will figure out how to make it work. Get a call back two hours later saying they couldn't get the bank to approve us at all, when we asked if we could take the first deal we got we were told that we should've never been offered that deal because we were never approved for that. Ned then comes back to say but I just got another car in and already got you approved for it, a car we have never seen mind you. Tell him we will get back to him, go online to see car we were in process of buying was now listed as SOLD. Calle Ned out and he admitted they sold it. Dishonest people who will sell a car you are actively in the process of buying and have no problem lying to you to cover up their deception. So incredibly disappointed. More

I have bought 3 cars from Chris Norton at Sullivan Brothers Nissan and each time it has been a great experience. The first 2 cars were for me and the most recent car was for my daughter. Chris is very Brothers Nissan and each time it has been a great experience. The first 2 cars were for me and the most recent car was for my daughter. Chris is very friendly and very knowledgable about cars in general. It's nice when someone really knows what they're talking about - especially when it comes to different kinds of cars. Best of all, Chris was took the time to explain things and here was never any pressure to hurry up and buy something - even when when it took my daughter a really long time to decide! Also, the service has always been really good and the work was done on time. I'd definitely recommend this dealership if you're buying a new or a used car. Very fair prices too! More
