Dennis was happy to help me find the car that fit my needs and budget. It is a large dealership with plenty of stock, and employees. everyone working there seemed happy and were going out of their way to congratulate me. Chris Logan, Sales Manager made a point to make sure I was pleased, to reassure me if I needed anything or had any questions to just call and ask for him. I highly recommend Sullivan Brothers Nissan. We went that day hoping to get a break, because my husband is a Veteran. During our visit we were treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We all know that going to a dealership, shopping and pricing a new vehicle can be a drag! Many of them are rather staged and fake...BUT, these guys offer no BS, cut to the chase, all while making you comfortable in their dealership. They were extremely courteous, with several staff members just strolling by asking if we needed anything/beverage etc. Had a couple of laughs and totally exceeding our expectations. Salesman consistently tried to use monthly payment number to confuse negotiation, made me wait forever, seemed to be coming up with numbers completely out of the blue, "checked with the manager" and magically had new numbers, etc. This kind of place is such a hassle to deal with, and you may feel like you got a good deal but you probably didn't... They’re pros at making you think you got a good deal when you really didn’t. When I called to talk it over to try to figure out a solution, GM Paul O' Sullivan couldn't have cared less. They're definitely only interested in getting as much money as possible out of you and then washing their hands of the whole thing.
