He never pressured me, and he was patient with me. Best of all is I got to take the car home that night. Thanks Mike! Highly reccomended! More
go somewhere else I've been in sales most of my career, and this place uses every trick in the book. I thought only seedy used car places still operated like this. Sale I've been in sales most of my career, and this place uses every trick in the book. I thought only seedy used car places still operated like this. Salesman consistently tried to use monthly payment number to confuse negotiation, made me wait forever, seemed to be coming up with numbers completely out of the blue, "checked with the manager" and magically had new numbers, etc. This kind of place is such a hassle to deal with, and you may feel like you got a good deal but you probably didn't... Dishonest sales practics Leased a car from Sullivan Brothers Nissan recently. Realized too late that the salesman scammed me on the deal. They’re pros at making you think you Leased a car from Sullivan Brothers Nissan recently. Realized too late that the salesman scammed me on the deal. They’re pros at making you think you got a good deal when you really didn’t. When I called to talk it over to try to figure out a solution, GM Paul O' Sullivan couldn't have cared less. They're definitely only interested in getting as much money as possible out of you and then washing their hands of the whole thing. Don't make the same mistake I did - take your business somewhere else. More
Great Customer Service! My son knew the exact truck he wanted and after a million phone calls back and forth with a local dealer, I ran an internet search and found Sullivan. My son knew the exact truck he wanted and after a million phone calls back and forth with a local dealer, I ran an internet search and found Sullivan. My initial phone call to the dealership landed me in the internet department and I was very lucky to encounter Evan Hogan. I explained the situation, told him what I wanted to do and he immediately gave me a price and explained all the rebates associated with the 2015 Truck. Amazing part about it was he had a much better price than the local dealer. I told him we wanted a rock solid price and we would be in to pick it up the following day. We were about $600 apart, but he told me he would call me in the morning if he could do my number. The following morning, Evan called and said he wouldn't lose a deal over a few hundred dollars. I told him we would be in and once again explained, in out, no fuss, no muss. He assured me that would occur. Arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by a salesperson who went and found Evan for us. He introduced us to Michael Boland who would be handling the delivery process. My son picked out a truck; Adam Hoyt came over and gave us the number we wanted and at that point in time we were introduced to the Business Manager. Everything Evan had promised, he delivered. Please understand, I have been in the auto industry for 28+ years and am very impressed by the way the whole transaction was handled. It was done in an extremely professional manner and everything that was promised was delivered. The owners of this dealership should be thrilled that the have such a great group of people representing them. I can't thank Evan enough! More
Sullivan Nissan could not be better I have dealt with a lot of Dealers over the years, and Sullivan's has been the best one to deal with. Everything is always done right and prompt. E I have dealt with a lot of Dealers over the years, and Sullivan's has been the best one to deal with. Everything is always done right and prompt. Everyone is pleasant to deal with from the ownership to the service manager to the Reps and the Technicians. They explain everything to you and what they planned to do, and what they in fact did. The service you get and the way you are treated is reflective of the leadership of the Sullivan brothers John, and the late Quinn, and the service manager, Joe Bandanza. I will continue to have my Pathfinder serviced at Sullivan's, and I would recommend them to anyone, both for purchase and Service. Fr. Don More
Always feel like the only customer Sullivan Nissan always makes us feel like we are the only customer they need to deal with at that first moment of contact. The service team always do Sullivan Nissan always makes us feel like we are the only customer they need to deal with at that first moment of contact. The service team always does a full multi-point inspection and lets us make the decision of when we want the work done above what we have scheduled. The sales and finance team are great - I spent most of a weekend with them, because we ended up buying 2 cars - stepdaughter and wife. Chuck gave us excellent support, even when he was juggling multiple customers. We also have George at Sullivan Bothers Toyota to thank for introducing us to the Nissan dealership, since I was looking to replace my Infiniti and he took us over to look at some Maxima's. More

At first the gentleman was very nice and professional. He introduced himself, brought me over to his desk/cubicle, asked a few questions about my trade etc. After, he brought the vehicle to the front and came back to sit back down with me. He then pulled out his phone and explained very quickly about my payment, trade in value, and interest rate. All generic numbers without knowing my credit score or personal payment history. He stated how my payment would be much higher. When I suggested to work the numbers a little (interest rate and years) he got very defensive and smug. Very condescending, almost to the point where I didn't feel like I belonged at his desk. Before I could even drive the vehicle I thanked him for his time, shook his hand and left. Total time at this dealer = 15 minutes. Worst experience I've had at any dealer. I don't remember the man's name. His cubicle is located when you walk in through the front door to the left, in the middle, next to the glass facing the road going towards service. More
