As my truck has aged, the quality and integrity of their service department has not decreased. They treat us like it is still new; friendly and accomodating. They have broken my stereotypical image of the new car service center and have earned my trust, even when the repair is serious and expensive. And I do set a high bar. More

The Sales staff really listens and works with you to keep your experience as stress free as possible. The Service department is just as accommodating and pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Great Buying Experience I cant say how much I love this place. I cant wait to go back for my routine maintenance just to see Roxann and Chuck again!! Me and my boyfriend had been to several dealerships over the holiday weekend and did find a car we wanted before going to Sullivan and even put a deposit down, however the other dealership was dragging their feet so i had started looking elsewhere and came across Sullivan Nissan on a search for the specific car I wanted. I ended up chatting with Roxann though their website (since I was at work) and told her the deal we had at the "other place" and she said they can meet... if not beat it!! So I then had my boyfriend call her and then head on down. A short time after him arriving at Sullivan he sent me a text saying "you just bought a Murano with tech package too" WOOOOOOOOOHOOOO this was an even better deal and had more options than the "other" dealer. I finally have my dream car!!! I cant say enough great things about Roxann and Chuck who were there throughout the whole process! Roxann is so nice and genuine as was Chuck. He made sure we knew all of the ins and outs of the car before we left. I highly recommend SULLIVAN NISSAN and will be returning and referring for all of my future car purchases. More

Paid for service, but was told "they couldn't find" our car. Kept us waiting for over an hour, which coincidentally gave the sales guy a chance to apply increased pressure to get us to buy a car. Super sleazy. Will not return. More

The Salesman Chuck took advantage of a 20 year old, ran her credit after she told him not to and has kept her deposit for over two weeks. He then proceeded to not let me speak when I called to find out where her refund was, called me honey and hung up on me. He also lied to me that he spoke to my daughter over the weekend about her refund. Big mistake for a commission salesperson! Big mistake!!! I will NEVER return to this dealer. The salesman should be fired! Rudest car salesman I have ever dealt with. They have lost a loyal service customer as well as potential sale in the future. More
Experience in Leasing a new vehicle Have always bought vehicles from Sullivan Brothers Nissan in the past. This is the second car we leased. 2016 Nissan Rogue was my purchase, Nick Bouti Have always bought vehicles from Sullivan Brothers Nissan in the past. This is the second car we leased. 2016 Nissan Rogue was my purchase, Nick Boutin, Sales and Leasing Consultant was very helpful and made the sale so much easier for me. Knowledgeable about the car and its features. Also dealt with Ned Daly, Finance Manager who was extremely helpful in the final paperwork and purchase. Paul O'Sullivan, General Manager was my first contact, who was extremely helpful and put me in touch with Nick Boutin. All of the people there are very friendly and hospitable. Nick made it a special point that if I had any questions in the future I could call him. Employees dealt with: Paul O'Sullivan, Nick Boutin, Ned Daly, and Chris Logan. More
2016 Altima former Maxima Owner This is the 5th car my family has purchased from Sullivan Brothers Nissan. 19 years ago, I started bringing in an Infiniti G20 for service, as the cl This is the 5th car my family has purchased from Sullivan Brothers Nissan. 19 years ago, I started bringing in an Infiniti G20 for service, as the closest Infiniti dealer was 30 or 40 miles away. The next year I bought a new Maxima (the 1st of 3) from Sullivan Brothers, and we have had all of our cars (including 2 Hondas, a Subaru and a Toyota) serviced at this wonderful dealership. 3 weeks ago I went to look at new cars and after visiting 2 other Nissan dealers, I went back to Sullivan to see what they had to offer. As has been my prior experiences, it was a delight to do business at Sullivan Brothers. Roxann Diaz was the main person I worked with, although the GM, Paul Sullivan, helped make the deal. They were very friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to do business with -- this has always been the case, BTW. Keith in finance and Paul the GM got me an incredible interest rate and they had the exact Altima with all the options I wanted, down to the color of the car and the interior. As soon as my wife saw the car she said: "Its beautiful!" Roxann has followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied and to answer any questions I may have had. She actually came in on her day off after I purchased the new Altima to make sure the registration and safety inspection process were taken care of, along with detailing the car. I highly recommend Sullivan Brothers for purchasing a car and for their extremely competent service department. DennisD More

I read all the fine print and may I say I am a college educated person and did not see the scam. Is the dealership that desperate. I saw a young family go in. A family in an older car, with two young children and an infant. It was almost 100 degrees that day. A day that no one would be out looking at cars with children They went in so excited to claim their prize, only to find out it is not true. That is despicable. I will never buy a vehicle at this place. I will not at any Sullivan associated place.Their practices are deceptive and cruel. More
