Typically, if the car is in service, the valet would have the keys, labeled and the spot marked on the tag. Our lot is pretty small, vehicles tend to get blocked in, but not lost. Sean, We appreciate you letting us know when there is an issue. Unfortunately, this was a simple lack of communication between sales, your daughter and yourself. We had spoken to your daughter several times over the course of two weeks, at no time was it responded to us she wanted her deposit back. We adhere to privacy laws, and guidelines with every customer to assure all is being handled properly. Once we did finally hear from her, the deposit was refunded the same day. The contest information that went out, is a contest, you need to have the correct matching numbers and confirmation code, both which are listed on the card. We did, in fact, have many cash price winners, included 2-$2000 winners. Yes, ultimately we are looking to sell more cars, but there is no purchase necessary to bring the card in and see if you have won something. The prices range from $25. gift card to $25,000 cash.

Extended service contracts are not held by Sullivan Brothers. They are held by another company, we submit for the cancellation and for the refund, the money then comes to use and we reimburse the bank in which the extended service contract was finance through, if you paid cash for it, the money would only then go to you. It takes approximately 6-8 weeks for us to get the money. Please let us know the refund was handled for you.
