cannot get my gap insurance has anybody else had a problem with getting your gap insurance refund after paying off your loan early? Evan is extremely knowledgable & customer service driven I was looking for a used NIssan Rogue for my daughter and Sullivan Brothers Nissan dealership came up in my online search. He was extremely knowledgable about the car and educated me about the differences between models/years. He understood my daughters budget and needs and worked with us to choose the best car at the best value. We have NEVER purchased a car over the phone - let alone a used car - but we completely trusted Evan and did so. When we went to the dealership two days later to pick up the car with Michael Boland's assistance, we were thrilled with the car (and also appreciated Michael's professionalism and efficiency). The car was exactly what Evan told us it was. My daughter LOVES her 2013 Nissan Rogue and feels very safe driving it. Even though we live north of Boston - one hour away from Sullivan Brothers - we will definitely call Evan when we are in the market for another car. More
