Nobody called me to say my car was ready and I sat at Target for an hour before eventually walking back (I have no problem walking but there are no sidewalks!). My car had been ready for quite a while but nobody apologized for the lack of communication. Apart from that, I remain a loyal customer. More

Always fairly priced, done right the first time and excellent and timely communications. Two days ago we purchased our 6th car from Sullivan Brothers. Our sales representative was Debbie Miller. She was very knowledgeable regarding the features of the Rogue and what the inventory options were at the dealership. Debbie is very good at her job and we will ask for her the next time we buy a car there. Paul O'Sullivan always makes us feel welcome and valued. He gave us a very fair offer on our trade-in and he gave us an excellent and very competitive price on the new car. My wife and I enjoy working with Paul. Finally, Evan Hogan greeted us as soon as we arrived. He made some initial contact with me prior to our visit to the dealership. His follow up was outstanding. Like the rest of the Sullivan Brothers' team, he made us feel valued and welcome. Both Debbie and Evan told my wife to come back anytime if she had any questions regarding the features and operations of her new Rogue. Service like this is why we always go to Sullivan first! More

Evan is extremely knowledgable & customer service driven I was looking for a used NIssan Rogue for my daughter and Sullivan Brothers Nissan dealership came up in my online search. He was extremely knowledgable about the car and educated me about the differences between models/years. He understood my daughters budget and needs and worked with us to choose the best car at the best value. We have NEVER purchased a car over the phone - let alone a used car - but we completely trusted Evan and did so. When we went to the dealership two days later to pick up the car with Michael Boland's assistance, we were thrilled with the car (and also appreciated Michael's professionalism and efficiency). The car was exactly what Evan told us it was. My daughter LOVES her 2013 Nissan Rogue and feels very safe driving it. Even though we live north of Boston - one hour away from Sullivan Brothers - we will definitely call Evan when we are in the market for another car. More
