Multiple Trips I had to bring the van back because it wasn’t fixed the first time. And I don’t live particularly close so it is an unnecessary hassle. Secondly, I received this text on Friday “your truck is ready y”. I thought it was spam. On Tuesday, the service center finally called and told me the van was ready and that they had texted me on Friday. Under no circumstances should Sullivan Nissan be sending the text that they did. They never identified themselves and it was a random and misspelled text. I would have liked to have my van on Friday. As it was, it spent a week at the service center. The only bright spot about the whole experience was the person who actually physically performed the service came out to discuss the issue in detail. He was extremely nice and personable. More

I initially called to request some basic information regarding an SUV I was interested in and spoke to Evan who was respectful, informative and pleasant. He respected my wishes to continue to research online and that I would contact him when I was ready to test drive the vehicle. He honored my request when multiple other dealers did not. When I came into the showroom, Corey was the person who showed me the SUV’s, he was knowledgable, explanatory and patient as I had never leased a car before and I had a lot of questions and concerns about doing so. Corey was pleasant, professional and I enjoyed doing business with him as well as Evan and Paul O'Sullivan. The atmosphere at this dealership is professional yet casual and friendly. More

When looking for my first Nissan backnin 2010 I searched every Nissan Dealer within 60 miles of my home. Sullivan Brother's Nissan beat all their competitors. After this purchase I found their service dept to be extraordinary and customer focused. When it was time for another vehicle I returned to Sullivan Brother's again and was greeted with the same friendly staff and a cant say know offer in my trade and another vehicle. Each time I have purchased from salesman Cory Fuller. Cory is a friendly, honest, no pressure individual who has worked tirelessly with me to help me get the best vehicle at the best price. This week Cory sold me my third vehicle from Sullivan Brother's Nissan; a Maxima Platinum. I've purchased over a dozen vehicles throughout my life and grateful to have found a dealership worthy of my business. Usually Happy, Not this Time I realize this review is long overdue. I needed to find the name of the Service Advisor that usually takes care of me. His name is Tom Georgakopoulo I realize this review is long overdue. I needed to find the name of the Service Advisor that usually takes care of me. His name is Tom Georgakopoulos. He wasn't there the day of my service. He has always listened to me and shown concern for whatever issues I've had with the car. I received details, with pictures, and explanations of what work may be needed in the future along with estimates and priorities whenever I had a free Multi-Point Inspection of my car. I have full confidence in him. The Service Advisor that I went to was a woman when my car was done a man, Joe Bandanza went over what had been done. He handed me a list with colored squares referring to different ratings. The only thing that showed up under require future attention was front brakes, along with the comment: the way you drive you won't have to worry about it for a couple of years. I believe he assumed because I am a senior citizen, a woman and my car is 15 years old with under 100K miles that I don't have to do anything to it. I wonder if he looked up my account. I have been bringing my car to Sullivan's almost since I purchased it. I asked him to look at a light in my car on the dash that lights up when the headlamps are on because it's not lighting up any longer. He told me there was no light that did that. I didn't explain where the light was and he never asked. Gave me the impression that he thought I didn't know what I was talking about. There was an issue with my car not starting after filling it with gas at the pump. I had to pump the pedal a couple of times and then it would start. That was the only time it was happening and had done it each of the past 3 times I had filled it. He said he never heard of that. After arriving home, I put fuel injector cleaner in it. It doesn't give me problems at the pump now but I can feel hesitation while driving. The next time I bring my car in for service, I will be calling to find out if Tom Georgakopoulos is there. If he's gone, you have lost a customer. More
