Would not repair the problem after several visits I had been in to have the tension pully repair or replaced, but all the did was oil it and send me on my way. It would make a loud screeching noise wh I had been in to have the tension pully repair or replaced, but all the did was oil it and send me on my way. It would make a loud screeching noise when I pulled in even after 3-4 time going to the dealership with the problem, They said it was the belt. but after the truck going in the shop, it came out quiet, with them cleaning and oiling the pully. After the last trip, they said it's not the pully on the belt. Well, I left and a week later the pully froze up and broke. costing me to have the truck towed and repaired with a cost of over $1,000.00 Will never return to them to purchase another vehicle have purchased 3 cars or trucks with your dealership or repair More

Anyone can make a mistake! Within hours of having my tires rotated during a service visit, a wheel fell off my vehicle. Multiple Trips I had to bring the van back because it wasn’t fixed the first time. And I don’t live particularly close so it is an unnecessary hassle. Secondly, I received this text on Friday “your truck is ready y”. I thought it was spam. On Tuesday, the service center finally called and told me the van was ready and that they had texted me on Friday. Under no circumstances should Sullivan Nissan be sending the text that they did. They never identified themselves and it was a random and misspelled text. I would have liked to have my van on Friday. As it was, it spent a week at the service center. The only bright spot about the whole experience was the person who actually physically performed the service came out to discuss the issue in detail. He was extremely nice and personable. More

I initially called to request some basic information regarding an SUV I was interested in and spoke to Evan who was respectful, informative and pleasant. He respected my wishes to continue to research online and that I would contact him when I was ready to test drive the vehicle. He honored my request when multiple other dealers did not. When I came into the showroom, Corey was the person who showed me the SUV’s, he was knowledgable, explanatory and patient as I had never leased a car before and I had a lot of questions and concerns about doing so. Corey was pleasant, professional and I enjoyed doing business with him as well as Evan and Paul O'Sullivan. The atmosphere at this dealership is professional yet casual and friendly. More
