Both Ataan and Luis were very patient with me. This is the second car I have purchased on my own, and armed with research and numbers, walked in there looking for a Jeep. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to afford the one I wanted. They both worked hard to get a price for me, but I could only go so far. Ataan followed up with me (not pushy, mind you) and asked if I had thought of a lease. I never had, and that turned out to be the way I went. Again - I was firm on what I could spend and they both worked to get me to a number I was comfortable with. They were both polite and helpful, and although Ataan would use the "typical car salesman" phrases from time to time, I didn't mind and usually just laughed at him. He was great. In the end, they were probably happy to see me drive away with my new Jeep. However, I do plan to come back at the end of my lease! More

The process that I went through to finally purchase my car was not at all a smooth ride. The easiest part was finding the car. I had contacted Jon about looking for a new car. After talking with him about what I wanted in a car, Jon checked his inventory and found some possibilities. The next day, he sent me numerous listings for cars that had all the options I was looking for. By the next week, I signed a sales agreement on 7/25/12 for a 2008 Nissan Rogue. Jon was terrific and I have already given his card to a friend, telling them about his service. It wasn't until after the agreement had been signed that I found out that the dealership did not have the title for the car. I was told that, within the next week, the dealership would receive the title and I would be able to pick up the car. The title did not arrive. I went to the dealership the next week (8/1/12) because they did not know why they had not received the title yet. I spoke to the manager of the dealership, Luis, asking him if he had been at all proactive with the process. It was not until I spoke to him that the dealership contacted the lienholder (bank) that was holding the title from the previous owner. It turns out that an error had been made by the lienholder, not the dealership. But again, this was not discovered until I pressed the issue. Once the dealership learned where the title was and why they had not received it yet, they provided me with a rental car, which they paid for. I still did not receive the Nissan Rogue until the following week (8/8/12). Despite the challenges that continued to appear along the way, the service provided by the dealership was very good. I think that many of the issues could have been resolved more quickly if the dealership was more proactive about contacting the lienholder. My greatest complaint is with Andrew Pritchard, in finance. He spoke extremely fast and interrupted me when I had questions. In general, the way he spoke to me made it seem like I was was not worth his time. I thought about lowering both the "Customer Service" and "Friendliness" ratings, but did not feel that one person should hinder the overall rating of the dealership. More

We clicked, me and the car, almost immediately. The paperwork for the purchase was less torturous than i expected and i picked up the car the next day. Jon did a great job answering all my questions and making my transition from Grand Caravan to Mazda sedan a relatively smooth one. More

Even when I said that I had decided to just keep what I had, Luis continued until he found the exact car that I wanted and had it flat bedded from another state in a short period of time and with a quite fair price. Andrew in finance was friendly and very competent in moving through the purchase and sales agreement and all of the additional forms Ataan is very knowledgeable about his products and did an exceptional job of instructing me in all of the interior and exterior features of my car once it arrived. He was prompt in returning my calls and in answering all of my questions. I felt expertly guided along the path in completing all of the necessary paperwork and in feeling confident of all of the operations of the car. I am so pleased with my new vehicle and in finding a friendly dealership close to home that will help me care for my new purchase in the years to come. More
