This was a very satisfying buying experience. Bob Cenowa, my salesman, was very courteous and didn't try to high-pressure me. The vehicle itself is outstanding in terms of comfort, driveability, utility, and of course safety features. The only small nit I have it that this dealership doesn't provide a computer to each salesperson. They have to share. I prefer to communicate via email, so the fact that my salesman didn't have access to a dedicated computer made email communication difficult. But, all said, I'd buy/lease from Suburban Volvo and Bob Cenowa again and again. More

We found a used car for a great price in July, 2009. Just a month later we were involved in a serious accident and the car was totaled. We were fine but missed the beautiful car we had purchased. Not only did we get a great deal on our new car (with absolutely no pressure), but they took care of our lease turn-in (that was not a Volvo), including detailing and working out scratches on the body that saved us hundreds of dollars. They also detailed our other car, and offered a loaner while they were taking care of the lease vehicle. Truly, this was an unbelievable experience, and I recommend this dealership to anyone who appreciates great service, good deals and respectful people who really care about their customers.
